I had an appointment booked for 6:45pm and arrived on time, but only saw the doctor at around 7:30pm. The registration and medication dispensing process was also quite slow. Hope the clinic can improve the waiting time and overall efficiency.

The booking system and policy are really ridiculous. How are we supposed to predict when we’ll get sick? I went there early in the morning with my little one, only to be told that everything is strictly by reservation and the earliest available slot was after 11am, unless someone cancelled or didn’t show up. In the end, I decided to bring my little one to another clinic, where we completed the entire process within 30 minutes—even though they also had many patients. Previously, I visited this clinic with an appointment and still had to wait more than 30 minutes, sometimes even an hour. This system is very inconvenient, especially for parents with sick children.

Worst appointment system ever created. From two years till now not fixed. Come here if you're on a date and require more time with your other half while waiting to be seen by doctor. Drug dispense also slow. Advice to get seen by polyclinic as they are much faster. Appointment at 12pm and now 1355hrs still waiting to be seen on a saturday.

Good doctor however clinic system sucks. Waiting time is ridiculous even though we have to make an appointment prior to visiting the clinic. Nurses are not transparent about waiting time. My son was so sick and we waited for about 1.5 hours in total when the nurse told me it's a half hour wait. He was waiting outside the clinic with my helper and towards the end, he came inside to wait with me so it will be more comfortable as he was having a fever and the nurse told us that we are not allowed to wait inside if the patient had a fever as we will infect other patients.ther e were only 2 patients left and they were seated far away from us. Heartless woman!
