About Healthmark Pioneer Mall Clinic
Healthmark Pioneer Mall Clinic is a general practice clinic located at Pioneer Mall in Jurong West, serving the surrounding residential community and nearby areas. KakiList has verified the operating details and contact channel. The clinic holds a 3.1/5 rating across 70 Google reviews — a moderate sample, though the below-average score is worth noting before booking. No ACRA registration or MOH Healthcare Services Licence has been supplied to KakiList, so prospective patients are encouraged to confirm the clinic's regulatory status directly.
For a first visit to a GP clinic, expect a consultation covering your presenting complaint, a clinical examination, and — where relevant — in-house investigations such as a blood draw, urinalysis, or a referral letter to a public hospital specialist outpatient clinic. Pioneer Mall's location is accessible from Pioneer MRT station. The clinic accepts enquiries by phone and online form. If you hold an Integrated Shield Plan layered on MediShield Life, confirm whether the clinic participates in your insurer's panel before attending, as panel status affects direct billing eligibility. Chronic conditions managed at a CHAS GP clinic may qualify under the Chronic Disease Management Programme, which allows MediSave withdrawal of up to S$700 per year for listed conditions.
Contact Healthmark Pioneer Mall Clinic by phone or via the enquiry form to confirm current consultation hours, same-day appointment availability, and whether your specific concern falls within the clinic's scope before attending.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Dr. Adrian Tan is an absolute legend and I am his latest fan ! When I saw him in person for the first time, I wondered if Singapore had a national rugby team, if yes, he would have been a legendary rugby player. Within a few minutes of speaking to him, in between my guffaws and wiping the tears from my eyes ,the laughter from his constant wisecracks, I wondered if there was a legitimate scope for a stand-up comedian decades ago, if yes , Dr Tan would have given the best in this country a run for their money, but he chose to become a doctor and a bloody good one at that. This man loves his coffee, you should notice him describe his coffee machine in adoring terms (one more reason for me to become a fanboy) On a serious note, he is one of the best doctors I have ever consulted with, empathetic, knowledgeable and he knows when to advise you to seek further consultation with specialised experts. I am not a Singapore citizen unfortunately, but you lucky ones in Singapore and near Pioneer mall should make a beeline to his clinic. I sincerely hope this comment goes viral and he curses me for adding more people to his already long waiting list of patients.
I had a very pleasant experience. Both Dr. Adrian and Dr. Arianto are truly amazing—patient, empathetic, and consistent in their care over the years. I also noticed a wonderful improvement in the counter staff. The ladies are now very hospitable, which is a big change from a few years ago when I used to come in. Back then, I too had some unpleasant experiences with staff who seemed rude, as mentioned in other reviews. This time, however, they were an absolute joy to communicate with. I interacted with both the morning and evening teams during my last two visits, and on both occasions the experience was smooth and positive. (just be sure to book an appointment on their website as it makes the whole process a lot easier)
I’m honestly so upset after my experience with Dr Arianto. My 7-month-old daughter had an allergic reaction to egg — her lips swelled up like a blister and even the area under her chin was swollen. But he kept insisting it was just a “fatty chin.” I told him it’s not normal, but he brushed it off. He even asked me if her eyes were swollen — like seriously, you’re the doctor, shouldn’t you be the one checking properly? He didn’t even bother to check her body for hives or any other reaction. I left the clinic feeling so frustrated and helpless. I trusted him to take my baby’s condition seriously, but instead I felt completely dismissed.
It is sad to hear Dr Soo has retired and replaced by another doctor. My mum has a swollen eye went to see the new doctor but he couldn't tell what is the problem, my mum told him she had a fall in the toilet 3 days ago with a bump on top of her head but no vomit or dizziness, prescribed Fucithalmic eye drops and tell my mum if still haven't recover use his ref letter to go Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.
Booked an appointment here. Loved Nurse/Receptionist Stella. She is lovely and bright. Loved the soft voice used and the warm greetings. Loved the doctor. She is thorough and lovely. Can tell that the doctor is experienced and knows what she is doing. Another nurse is outright rude and uncomfortable to be around, making the overall experience pretty bad. Was told to make an appointment when i walked into the clinic, when I already did (and mentioned to Ms Stella). Was also talked to in a condescending manner throughout my time there.

GP consultations at private and CHAS-participating clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with follow-up visits sometimes lower. Investigations billed on top of the consultation include blood panels (S$60–200 depending on scope), urine tests, and rapid diagnostic kits. Prescriptions are billed separately at cost. GST applies on private medical services. If Healthmark Pioneer Mall Clinic participates in the Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS), Singapore Citizens with a CHAS card (Blue, Orange, or Merdeka/Pioneer) receive subsidised rates — confirm CHAS participation directly with the clinic before your visit, as subsidy quantum varies by card tier and condition. For any planned investigation, ask for an itemised estimate upfront. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration details have been supplied to KakiList for Healthmark Pioneer Mall Clinic. Every legitimate clinic operating in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must be registered on the SMC public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can search by name to confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. Patients are strongly advised to verify both the clinic licence and the consulting doctor's SMC entry before booking. Neither alone is sufficient. Contact the clinic directly to request these details, or cross-check against the MOH and SMC online registers before your visit.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient stays and some day-surgery costs, but outpatient GP consultations are usually paid out of pocket unless your IP includes an outpatient rider — confirm with your insurer. MediSave can be used for outpatient visits under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), allowing up to S$700 per year for listed chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, stroke, asthma, and selected mental health conditions, provided the clinic is a CDMP-accredited provider. Confirm whether Healthmark Pioneer Mall Clinic is CHAS-registered, CDMP-accredited, and on your insurer's direct-billing panel before attending. For any planned procedure or specialist referral arising from the consultation, request a written financial counselling estimate that separates insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding.
