Avoid if you can. Re Dr Eugene Lim. We are consulting MOH. 1. In Sep 2025: my mother, an end stage renal patient, was prescribed (for cough and flu) a long list of medication containing some overlapping medicine and medicine that issued to renal patients. 2. My father: elderly patient paid $400+ to receive Shringrix in Oct 2024 and Mar 2025. Late Sep 2025, adult children discovered Healthhub record reflected A-Cpox which is chickenpox vaccination. Patient went in person to check and was told shringrix was administered. Patient asked for receipt but was told "too long ago". On 7 Nov 2025, adult daughter of patient called clinic. Doctor dismissed concerns and informed system had shown chickenpox vaccination due to appointment slots in system (no more shringix slot so give chickenpox vac slots). Doctor denied that clinic had told my father no receipt. Doctor said could not verify medically what vacc was provided. Doctor then said he had entered the system to amend the record. Doctor condescendingly and rudely interrupted when adult daughter tried to object to his unilateral amendment of medical record (done only after first call). MOH is being consulted.

Despite the various negative reviews, it was the only clinic opened in the South (Teluk Blangah / HarbourFront) on Sundays. Waiting time was over an hour as it’s most probably the only opened clinic. While I did not experience any bad service, I’m still not sure why the doctor insists on both an ART and PCR test, one should be sufficient?

I never leave bad reviews, but this was the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. Dr. Eugene Lim seemed unfamiliar with my condition but was quick to judge and even implied I was abusing insurance. Cold, arrogant, and lacking basic empathy. A real shame for any patient who ends up with him.

I do not usually give any bad review . But i feel this is really put everyone in the risk whoever visit the clinic. If only rating can put 0 stars i will put 0. The whole clinic is totally a trash doc are not professional at all. 1. Waiting time was told 45 mins to 1 hr ( ended waited close to 2 hrs) 2. Doc asking unnecessary question etc what school is my child in and primary what. Then take his own sweet time to key in the record and take height and weight ( is it this should be done by the Nurse while waiting )? 3. Doc cannot even wait for me say what happen to my child and keep cutting me to share what sick symptoms my child had. 4. Inform doc that my child never took pills before then he inform me i only have pill the medication ( i can't remember is for what purpose) 5. Lastly give 5 days MCs without any explanation for my child sickness and just sent us out. In the end my child fever went up to 39.8 the next day morning i had to rush to PD and was told my child is tested positive for Influenza A. If the Doc is professional and take his role in pride will take the time and effort to explain what is sickness caused And advise us what we are expecting we can manage it even more better. ( this can explain why waiting time is so long) Moreover the clinic was name family clinic how can the doc are not good in seeing kids sickness and there is no medication for kids. I have to agreed all the review was written for the Doc do not have empathy not professional !!! This will be my 1st and my last visit to this clinic WE WILL NEVER STEP IN AGAIN AT ALL !!
