About Healthsprings Greenridge Jelapang
Healthsprings Greenridge Jelapang is a general practice clinic located at 524A Jelapang Road, Bukit Panjang, serving patients across Singapore. The clinic is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed its operating details and contact channel. It holds a 3.8-out-of-5 rating across 196 Google reviews, which is a robust sample and can be treated as broadly representative of patient experience. No regulatory licences have been confirmed in the listing data, and the clinic is not ACRA-registered on our records, so families are advised to verify its MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctors' SMC registration before booking.
For a first visit, patients can reach the clinic via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form to confirm operating hours, same-day appointment availability, and whether the doctor on duty holds relevant experience for the presenting condition. GP consultations at private clinics typically run S$25–60, with investigations such as blood panels, swabs, and X-rays billed separately. The clinic participates in CHAS (if confirmed with the clinic directly), which allows Blue and Orange cardholders to access subsidised GP consultations for chronic conditions under the Chronic Disease Management Programme. Patients with Integrated Shield Plans should note that most IP policies do not cover GP outpatient visits unless a specific outpatient rider is held.
To arrange a visit, contact Healthsprings Greenridge Jelapang by WhatsApp or phone to confirm the doctor's availability, CHAS participation, and whether your condition qualifies for MediSave 500 or CDMP claims before attending.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to the wonderful medical team at Healthsping Medical Clinic for the care and compassion you showed my dad during one of the most frightening moments for our family. Your calm reassurance and prompt action in arranging the ambulance brought us comfort when we were overwhelmed with worry. The kindness you showed us will always be remembered, and we are deeply grateful for everything you did.
I visited on 5/12 at about 11.20am and had the worst clinic experience ever. The doctor was very friendly and professional. The staff on the other hand, rude, sarcastic and the opposite of compassionate. Crazy to think that an interaction that lasted not more than 5 minutes could leave such an impression. Before it was my turn to collect my medicine and make payment. I observed that the older short haired lady had called a man but he did not respond as he did not hear. She proceeded to make childish faces and mocked the patient. When it was my turn, I told her I wanted to use my CHAS card. Every clinic that I have been to would ask if I had one before making payment. However, thats a small matter. When I did, she glanced at my card and went back to using her computer without any acknowledgment or further instructions. I stood there waiting for her to assist me in payment. When she finally spoke, I asked if I could use paywave, she informed me that I could only paynow. She then held up the qr code. While I was trying to log into my app, she rested her arm on the table in the most distasteful and laziest way as if assisting me was the biggest burden of her life. I do not think that anyone should use such an annoyed face while collecting payment. Greenridge has plenty of clinics, please make your way to others. No one deserves to deal with such disgusting attitude while you’re feeling sick.
I am generally satisfied with the doctors as they are professional and provide good care. However, my experience with the reception staff has been very disappointing. Their manner and attitude during my visits made me feel upset and unwelcome, which is not what patients should experience when seeking medical care. Good customer service at the front desk is just as important as the medical treatment, and unfortunately, the current counter staff do not seem suitable for this role. I sincerely hope improvements can be made — whether through training or staffing changes — so that patients like myself can feel comfortable and respected from the moment we step in.
My family's doctor for over 30 years, saved my mother's life several times. Words not enough to express my gratitude. May the Lord continue to Bless and Prosper them.

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 for a standard visit, with follow-up consultations slightly lower. Investigations are billed on top: a basic blood panel runs S$60–200, a urine test S$15–40, and a chest X-ray S$80–150. Prescriptions are itemised separately. For chronic-condition patients, the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) allows MediSave withdrawals of up to S$700 per year for listed conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, asthma, COPD, stroke, and selected mental health conditions — confirm with the clinic whether your condition and treatment plan qualify. CHAS cardholders (Blue and Orange) may access subsidised consultation fees if the clinic is a CHAS-registered GP; verify this directly before attending. GST applies on private medical services. For any planned procedure or investigation package, request a written fee estimate that splits out-of-pocket, MediSave, and insurance portions before proceeding. Every legitimate clinic in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. No licence details have been confirmed in this listing, so patients should search for Healthsprings Greenridge Jelapang on the MOH directory directly before booking. Every practising doctor must also be registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC). You can verify the consulting doctor's name, registration status, and any specialist accreditation at smc.gov.sg. For a general practice clinic, SMC full registration is the core credential; specialist accreditation is an additional signal if you are seeking a doctor with a specific clinical focus. Confirm both the clinic's MOH licence and the named doctor's SMC entry before your appointment — neither alone is sufficient.
For outpatient GP visits, MediSave can be used under the MediSave 500 withdrawal limit (S$500 per year) for selected outpatient treatments, or under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) at up to S$700 per year for listed chronic conditions. Confirm with the clinic whether your condition and the specific treatments on your visit qualify — not all GP consultations or medications are MediSave-claimable under these schemes. Integrated Shield Plans generally do not cover routine GP outpatient visits unless you hold a specific outpatient or GP rider — check your IP policy documents or call your insurer before assuming coverage. CHAS benefits are separate and apply only at CHAS-registered GPs; confirm the clinic's CHAS status before attending if you are a Blue or Orange cardholder. For any investigation or procedure ordered during your visit, request a written breakdown of the expected cost split across MediSave, insurance, and out-of-pocket before proceeding. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are surprised by their final bill.
