From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to the wonderful medical team at Healthsping Medical Clinic for the care and compassion you showed my dad during one of the most frightening moments for our family. Your calm reassurance and prompt action in arranging the ambulance brought us comfort when we were overwhelmed with worry. The kindness you showed us will always be remembered, and we are deeply grateful for everything you did.

I visited on 5/12 at about 11.20am and had the worst clinic experience ever. The doctor was very friendly and professional. The staff on the other hand, rude, sarcastic and the opposite of compassionate. Crazy to think that an interaction that lasted not more than 5 minutes could leave such an impression. Before it was my turn to collect my medicine and make payment. I observed that the older short haired lady had called a man but he did not respond as he did not hear. She proceeded to make childish faces and mocked the patient. When it was my turn, I told her I wanted to use my CHAS card. Every clinic that I have been to would ask if I had one before making payment. However, thats a small matter. When I did, she glanced at my card and went back to using her computer without any acknowledgment or further instructions. I stood there waiting for her to assist me in payment. When she finally spoke, I asked if I could use paywave, she informed me that I could only paynow. She then held up the qr code. While I was trying to log into my app, she rested her arm on the table in the most distasteful and laziest way as if assisting me was the biggest burden of her life. I do not think that anyone should use such an annoyed face while collecting payment. Greenridge has plenty of clinics, please make your way to others. No one deserves to deal with such disgusting attitude while you’re feeling sick.

I am generally satisfied with the doctors as they are professional and provide good care. However, my experience with the reception staff has been very disappointing. Their manner and attitude during my visits made me feel upset and unwelcome, which is not what patients should experience when seeking medical care. Good customer service at the front desk is just as important as the medical treatment, and unfortunately, the current counter staff do not seem suitable for this role. I sincerely hope improvements can be made — whether through training or staffing changes — so that patients like myself can feel comfortable and respected from the moment we step in.

My family's doctor for over 30 years, saved my mother's life several times. Words not enough to express my gratitude. May the Lord continue to Bless and Prosper them.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does Healthsprings Medical Clinic Bukit Panjang charge?

A standard GP consultation at a private clinic in Singapore typically runs S$25–60, with follow-up visits often on the lower end of that range. On top of the consultation fee, expect additional charges for investigations such as blood panels (S$60–200), urine tests, or swabs, as well as prescribed medications and any minor procedures performed during the visit. For patients with an Integrated Shield Plan layered on MediShield Life, outpatient GP visits at private clinics are generally not covered under the hospitalisation-focused IP — confirm your policy terms directly with your insurer. MediSave can be used under the CDMP for listed chronic conditions (up to S$700/year) or under the MediSave 500 limit for selected outpatient items. GST applies on private medical services. Is Healthsprings Medical Clinic Bukit Panjang MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?

No regulatory licences are currently listed for Healthsprings Medical Clinic Bukit Panjang in this listing. Every legitimate clinic operating in Singapore is required to hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act, verifiable on the MOH licensee directory. Every practising doctor must appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status and any disciplinary history. Before booking, particularly for ongoing or chronic-condition management, it is worth confirming both the clinic's MOH licence and the named consulting doctor's SMC registration directly with the clinic or through the respective public registers. The absence of licence information in this listing does not necessarily mean the clinic is unlicensed, but it should prompt you to verify independently.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at Healthsprings Medical Clinic Bukit Panjang?

Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life are primarily designed for hospitalisation, day surgery, and inpatient stays — most standard GP outpatient consultations are not covered. Check your policy's outpatient rider terms if you have one. MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment of chronic conditions listed under the CDMP (up to S$700/year per patient), covering conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions. The general MediSave 500 withdrawal limit applies to other selected outpatient items. For any planned procedure or referral requiring specialist input, request a written financial counselling estimate from the clinic beforehand that splits the insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions clearly. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are surprised by their final bill.
