For a first visit, walk in or call ahead to check queue length and opening hours, as GP clinic hours vary and some Healthway outlets operate extended evening or weekend sessions. Bring your NRIC and MediCard or CHAS card if applicable — CHAS Blue, Orange, and Green cardholders receive subsidised consultation fees at participating GP clinics, and Pioneer Generation and Merdeka Generation cardholders enjoy additional subsidies. For chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or lipid disorders, ask whether the clinic participates in the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which allows MediSave withdrawals of up to S$700 per year for qualifying outpatient treatment. If a specialist referral is needed, the clinic can issue a referral letter for the public hospital SOC pathway, reducing costs substantially for Singapore Citizens.
To book or enquire, reach the clinic via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form listed on this page.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Dr Lua Atikah and Huda for the excellent care given to my daughter. My daughter sustained a deep cut on her chin after a fall and was bleeding significantly. Dr Lua attended to her promptly and professionally. He was extremely patient, calm, and reassuring, and he clearly knew what to do from the beginning to the end. Despite my daughter being understandably distressed and crying due to pain, he handled the situation with great care and compassion. I would also like to specially commend Patient Enrolment Officers Huda and Atiqah, who stepped in to help comfort my daughter. They kindly used stickers and sweets to console her, which helped to calm her down during a very stressful moment. Their warmth, patience, and genuine care made a big difference to both my daughter and us as parents. I have visited many clinics before, but this clinic truly impressed me with the level of professionalism, teamwork, and empathy shown. I am very grateful to Dr Lua, Huda, and Atiqah for their dedication and kindness. Thank you once again for the wonderful care provided.
I would like to convery my heartfelt appreciation and compliments to Healthway Yishun. Dr Lua is a very sincere doctor . He never fails to come out of his door to personally call each patient in, in a polite and gentle manner. Moved here 3 months ago and seen Dr Lua few times, he is always very kind and patient with helpful medical advices. A sincere family doctor is what stands out from other GPs and a gem to have in a healthcare organisation nowadays . I would also like to thank the 2 young malay ladies receptionist (Nani and partner) who treated every patient with genuine compassion. Thank you very much, team ❤️
ive had multiple negative experiences with the reception staff at this clinic, including years apart, and nothing has changed. the receptionists were dismissive and unwelcoming. There was no greeting, no basic courtesy and they seemed annoyed when i asked questions… which is literally their job. whats worse is that i experienced the same behaviour years ago and also recently from my husband and my friends from the area, and after reading recent reviews, its clear many patients feel the same way. this is not an isolated incident. the doctor was professional and kind, which makes the front desk experience even more disappointing. a good clinic should have good service from start to finish, and a good doctor shouldnt be dragged down by such poor front desk service. healthcare is stressful enough, patients shouldnt feel judged, ignored or disrespected the moment they walk in. management seriously needs to address this. keeping staff who consistently makes patients uncomfortable damages the clinics rep and trust. patients DESERVE basic respect. i hope this feedback is FINALLY taken seriously.
This is undoubtedly one of the best clinics in Yishun! I have been a regular visitor to this clinic for the past few years, and it has consistently provided excellent service. Dr. Lua Wen Sheng, based at Healthway Medical Yishun Avenue 6 Blossom Spring, is a truly outstanding doctor. He is not only incredibly knowledgeable and skilled but also very friendly, approachable, and takes the time to listen to all your concerns. The clinic staff are equally wonderful. They are always warm, welcoming, and efficient, making each visit a pleasant experience. I always feel well taken care of from the moment I step in. Fast in, fast out. Everything was done perfectly such as the registration, consultation and collection of medications. Without a doubt, I will continue to visit this clinic for all my medical needs. Thank you so much, Dr. Lua Wen Sheng and the entire team, for your outstanding care and dedication. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
Today 24/01/2026 morning at 8:30 am on Saturday I was come to the clinic and one Malay receptionist was very rude and sarcastic especially with the PR holder patients like me... because I noticed she was normal attitude with Singaporean ID patient. I was the first patient today and she never check my weight and height like she did to the second patient...and when Dr Lua wen sheng asked her about my weight and height she answer "late" with the rude voice to Dr. Lua. I feel sorry for Dr. Lua he is nice person and very helpful. The receptionist Malay She is bad personality...no manner...or maybe narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) she shouldn't work there she is very irritating person...I hope the company will take action about her.

GP consultation fees at private GP clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 per visit, with CHAS subsidies reducing out-of-pocket costs for eligible cardholders (CHAS Blue/Orange/Green, Pioneer Generation, Merdeka Generation). Investigations billed on top of the consultation include blood panels (S$60–200), urine tests, and X-rays (S$80–150) where clinically indicated. Prescriptions are charged separately. For planned or recurring care — such as chronic disease management under the CDMP — MediSave withdrawals of up to S$700 per year can offset outpatient costs at participating clinics. GST applies on private medical services. Contact Healthway Medical Yishun Ave 6 directly to confirm current consultation fees and CHAS participation status, as these can vary by outlet. No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration has been confirmed in the data supplied for this listing. Healthway Medical is a large established GP network in Singapore, and individual outlet licences are typically held at the clinic-premises level — contact the clinic directly to request the MOH licence number for this specific outlet at Yishun Ave 6. To verify the consulting doctor, search by name on the SMC public register at smc.gov.sg, which confirms registration status and any disciplinary history. Every practising doctor in Singapore must appear on this register. Both the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the named doctor's SMC entry should be confirmed before booking, particularly for ongoing or chronic care. Listing data is incomplete — contact Healthway Medical Yishun Ave 6 directly to confirm details.
For GP visits, MediSave is generally not claimable for routine outpatient consultations unless the clinic participates in the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP). Under CDMP, MediSave withdrawals of up to S$700 per year cover outpatient treatment for qualifying chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, asthma, COPD, stroke, and selected mental health conditions — confirm CDMP participation directly with the clinic. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally do not cover GP visits but do cover specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays. CHAS cardholders should present their card at registration to access subsidised fees. For any referral to a public hospital SOC, a GP referral letter from this clinic reduces consultation costs substantially for Singapore Citizens compared with self-referral to a private specialist. Confirm pre-authorisation requirements with your insurer before any planned procedure.
