Dr. Lee is truly exceptional! Despite living in a different area now, I still make it a point to visit his clinic whenever I feel unwell. Dr Lee is really an experience, confident, ethical and yet humble doctor, such doctors are really hard to come by now especially a GP. My boy visited him on 24/2/26 with fever, diagnose with viral fever, given 2 days mc. We went back on the 5th day (1/3/26) as my boy fever subsided by the 3rd day but he keep complaining headache, after dr lee check him again he assured me that nothing serious at the moment, he suspect either the virus or maybe due to dehydration that cause the headache, should go off in 1-2 days time as he seems better and fever subsided. No med was given and he didn’t charge me for the consultation! which I believe others would just charge consultation be it what happens. Just find that hard to find ethical and gd GP nowadays and am Glad to have Dr Lee in our neighbourhood!

At this clinic, you’ll be warmly and gently welcomed by the front desk staff. Dr. Lee is truly one of a kind. He personally comes out from his room to invite each patient in. Seriously, which doctor in Singapore still does that? Most doctors in Singapore act like they’re royalty and we’re just commoners in debt to them. But Dr. Lee is humble, respectful, and takes his time to properly assess your condition. You can tell he genuinely cares, unlike some doctors who rush you in and out without a second thought. The only downside is the waiting time. Even if you arrive on time, you might still be considered “late”, because patients start queuing 30 minutes to an hour before the clinic even opens! But honestly, that says a lot about how good this place is. Regulars know that if you want great service and a doctor who truly listens, it’s worth coming early just like queuing for a new iPhone or Labubu! My advice for new patients: don’t get upset if registration closes when you think you’re “on time.” Just come earlier next time. If you dislike queues, plan ahead, make an online appointment at a polyclinic, or go to another GP with shorter queues but risk dealing with snobbish staff and doctors who treat patients like numbers. Seriously, when you’re down sick, the last thing you want is to deal with a doctor who makes you feel like you’ve committed a crime for falling ill. Overall, this clinic is worth the wait for the warmth, care, and professionalism you’ll receive from Dr. Lee and his team.

It's been many years since we've been residents and the nearby GP for us. The GP clinic doctor is very friendly, humble, and polite. However, waster for the both female staff are impatient and unfriendly, with a black face at the counter—very poor customer service for patients who need to ask them questions when we don't know the answers, and they just don’t wish to respond more nicely and patiently. Please take note that we don't owe you a living so don't show your bad attitude and rudeness to the patients. We don't deserve this kind of bad manners from both female staff at the counter. Please improve and monitor your staff's working attitude and their customer service through your CCTV the way they work in your clinic. This concerns the reputation of your clinic. 😡👎👎😡 You should know how your staff behaves in the clinic as a boss. Hope you can monitor them closely. For your information, my children went to visit your clinic recently. I am telling the truth and my unhappy with the bad experience with your counter staff of both females whom I have encountered this is not the first time. So I decided to post a bad review so that you could be aware of your staff's working attitude. Both of your female staff at the counter should know how their behavior and replies are aggressive to the patients. Please note that I never scolded your female staff at all and I chose to tolerate it then smile and go because your doctor is good to the patient. This is what I respect about your doctor.
