Doctor Benjamin diagnosed me as having a viral infection and then in the same breath said he’d give me some antibiotics. I asked him why he’d prescribe antibiotics for a virus and he pretty much shrugged his shoulders and said if it’s not this then maybe it’s a bacteria infection. Borderline malpractice that is contributing to the problem of antibiotic resistance!

Surprised about the 1 star reviews here, but I guess everyone's experience can be different. I've only seen Dr Lee so far, great to deal with, professional and friendly fellow. The triage Dr is a little dry and clinical but otherwise professional. Not had any issues with the reception staff, all quite smooth. I've been there a few times, twice for my son, once for myself. For context I've just been going for the odd cold and flu (nothing very complex) so your millage may vary for other things. Wait times have been okay. It's becoming my go to clinic.

I visited the clinic today and had an extremely distressing encounter with Dr. Beulah Patricia. She pointed her finger at me, raised her voice, and when I told her she was being rude, she responded that I did not deserve respect. I asked her to lower her voice, but she refused and continued speaking loudly, even disclosing my medical condition aloud. When I asked her to calm down and stop pointing at me, she became more aggressive and eventually told me to get out of the room. I'm not sure if there is a CCTV inside the medical room, but I hope the clinic will review the footage. The staff, my brother, and the CCTV outside would have captured what happened. Out of concern for my safety and to protect myself, I started recording the encounter. As a patient, I was already feeling unwell due to Day 5 of my period, and yet I was met with verbal aggression. I was also criticised for not taking medication prior to the consultation, even though I had explained that I still had valid medication at home (expiring in 2027). This seemed to further trigger her. Her actions have left me shaken and emotionally affected. I hope the clinic takes this matter seriously and ensures that patients are treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their condition or background.
