About HeartlandHealth Toa Payoh Lor 7
HeartlandHealth Toa Payoh Lor 7 is a general practice clinic located at 19 Lor 7 Toa Payoh, #01-272, Singapore 310019, listed under GP & 24-Hour Clinics on KakiList. The listing has been verified by a KakiList team member. It carries a Google rating of 3.1 out of 5 across 48 reviews — a moderate sample size, though the below-average score suggests checking recent reviews before booking. No regulatory licences are currently on file for this listing, and ACRA registration has not been confirmed, so prospective patients are advised to verify the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctor's Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration independently before booking.
For a first visit, most patients walk in directly or call ahead to check queue length. A typical GP consultation covers presenting symptoms, a brief clinical examination, and a prescription or referral if indicated. If you hold an Integrated Shield Plan layered on MediShield Life, confirm whether this clinic is on your insurer's panel before attending. MediSave withdrawals under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) apply for listed chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidaemia if the clinic is CDMP-enrolled — ask the front desk to confirm. For non-urgent specialist conditions, a GP referral letter from this clinic to a public hospital Specialist Outpatient Clinic can unlock subsidised consultation rates of S$30–80 for Singapore Citizens.
To proceed, contact HeartlandHealth Toa Payoh Lor 7 via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to confirm current operating hours, queue availability, and CHAS or MediSave enrolment status before your visit.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I would like to sincerely thank Dr. Ryan and his wonderful team for the excellent care and service. Dr. Ryan is very knowledgeable, patience, attentive & caring. He explains everything clearly and makes me feel comfortable and confident during my visit. His staff are also very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Truly a great experience every time. Highly recommended!
Dr Ryan has been my go-to doctor ever since I found him. Not only is he excellent with his diagnosis and treatment plan, he is meticulous, patient, warm and truly helpful. I feel very assured each time I go to him for any medical treatments or queries.
Dr yeang Xian Wei's attitude and patience level can be better. Shouldn't let him continue at heartland as this clinic has been known to have caring and patient doctors.
staff is vv incompetent, i was prescribed a cough syrup but it was not included in my medication bag. I only realised a few days later and contacted them, but the staff denied it instead of checking properly. Because of this I had to purchase another bottle myself plus the medicine provided isn't even effective, i feel worse after consuming it. very disappointed with the lack of accountability and attention to detail definitely do not recommend coming here
receptionist sinyi and her colleague is always very nice and helpful! dr ryan yak is my family always go to doctor! waiting time can be long but dr ryan always take his time to explain clearly and he always remembers us and takes care of us very well ☺️ thank you team🥰

GP consultation fees in Singapore typically run S$25–60 at private GP clinics, with follow-up visits slightly lower. If HeartlandHealth Toa Payoh Lor 7 participates in the Community Health Assist Scheme (CHAS), Pioneer Generation, or Merdeka Generation programmes, Singapore Citizens in qualifying income bands may pay significantly less — confirm CHAS participation directly with the clinic before attending. Common add-ons billed separately include blood tests (S$30–120 depending on panel), urine tests (S$10–30), X-rays (S$50–120), and prescriptions. GST applies on private medical services. For any planned investigations, ask for an itemised estimate upfront. If you intend to claim against an Integrated Shield Plan, confirm whether this clinic is on your insurer's panel before the visit. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
Every legitimate clinic must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. No licence information is currently recorded in this listing, so patients should search for the clinic by name or address on the MOH directory before booking. Every practising doctor must appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg — search by the consulting doctor's name to confirm active registration, specialist accreditation if relevant, and any disciplinary history. Confirm both the clinic licence and the named doctor's SMC entry; neither alone is sufficient. Given that no regulatory licences are on file and ACRA registration has not been confirmed for this listing, independent verification is particularly important here.
MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers listed conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions, up to the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits (S$500/year general outpatient; S$700/year under CDMP). Confirm whether this clinic is CDMP-enrolled before your visit, as not all GP clinics participate. If you hold an Integrated Shield Plan (IP) layered on MediShield Life, check whether this clinic is on your insurer's approved panel for outpatient claims — panel status determines whether claims are cashless or require upfront payment with reimbursement. For any planned procedure or referral arising from a GP visit, request a written financial counselling estimate from the specialist clinic that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding.
