Parents enquiring about Heguru's holiday camps should clarify which age group or level the programme is suited to, and whether the curriculum aligns with their child's current schooling syllabus or is enrichment-focused. It is worth asking whether a trial class or taster session is available before committing to a full camp, whether sessions are conducted in a group or one-to-one format, and what the typical group size is. Confirm the camp duration, daily schedule, and whether any materials or activity kits are included in the fee. You can reach the team via WhatsApp, phone, or the online enquiry form.
To take the next step, contact Heguru directly through WhatsApp or the enquiry form to ask about upcoming holiday camp dates, age-group suitability, and current pricing before committing.
Take the trial class and confirm the tutor's actual credentials before committing to a term.
Highly Recommend Heguru City Square Mall! I have been with Heguru City Square Mall for over 2.5 years now, and I have to say — not all outlets are the same in terms of quality and teaching. The City Square Mall branch has really stood out for me. The principal and teachers here are dedicated, energetic, and truly care about the children. They make each lesson fun, fast-paced, and engaging, which keeps my child excited to attend every week! I have seen real improvements in terms of focus and memory in my child. The team is also very organized and approachable, which makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable for parents and children. Highly recommend Heguru City Square Mall if you are looking for a right brain program that actually delivers results!
My family was highly impressed by the curriculum and teaching methodology after our first lesson at Heguru City Square Mall. The quality of the program is undeniably attractive, and we were very keen on enrolling our child for the upcoming year. However, we encountered a significant and concerning business practice regarding the enrollment for the next term/year. Immediately following our initial exposure to the class (First lesson was their second lesson of the term), we were invoiced for the full subsequent year.(Termly was an option as well). When we expressed our preference to observe our child's adjustment and sustained enjoyment over a few more sessions before committing to a non-refundable, year-long or termly payment, we were informed that the only option was to pay the full fees before the dateline or withdraw and forfeit the potential slot. This inflexible, high-pressure approach, requiring a full-year or termly commitment after only one or two lessons, is highly unreasonable and deeply uncomfortable for parents. While we understand the need to manage waitlists as a year-end approaches, this system prioritizes securing commitment over fostering a positive customer relationship and ensuring the class is a good, long-term fit for the student. When I patiently explained this logical concern to the Vice Principal (who was also the class teacher), the interaction was unsatisfactory. Instead of listening to feedback aimed at constructively reviewing the policy, I felt that my concerns were cut off and the existing system was rigidly defended, making the interaction dismissive rather than collaborative. We strongly urge the owners of Heguru City Square Mall/ Woodleigh Mall to re-evaluate this flawed enrollment policy. It detracts significantly from the high quality of the educational service being offered and creates unnecessary friction and pressure for prospective long-term students. *The review I drafted is designed specifically to address the systemic business practice and the managerial response, rather than criticizing the teaching quality or any individual.
My two children, age 9 and 7, have been with Heguru since they were 2. As a parent, what I appreciate most is how much easier learning has been for them because of the foundation they built here. They pick things up quickly, stay focused, and rarely struggle with schoolwork. It has taken so much stress off us as parents knowing they are coping so well in school. If you are considering early enrichment, Heguru has truly made a difference for our family and we hope it does for yours too! Thank you Heguru and all teachers!
I’m extremely disappointed with Heguru’s lack of empathy and poor handling of sick children. My 1-year-old contracted an illness likely from the school, resulting in a high fever for 10 days and hospitalisation for 6 days. ( He was seated to a student that was coughing in class, it was serious enough the teacher handed the student a mask but that was only til later part of the class) Despite this serious condition, the school insisted that he returns immediately after the medical certificate ends on 11/7/25 — even though he clearly still needs time to rest and recovers fully. When I requested to resume on 20/7 instead ( one more week of home rest), I was met with resistance and a cold, inflexible response over the phone. There was no genuine concern for my child’s health or well-being, and no strict policy in place to prevent potentially contagious children from returning too soon. This not only risks my son’s recovery but also the health of other students. As a parent, I expect a learning institution — especially one for such young children — to prioritize health and safety. Unfortunately, this experience has shown me that Heguru does not share that priority.
Passionate and hands-on owner-teacher who has produced excellent students and fantastic results over the years. A good choice if you want to enrol your child in right-brain development class.

Heguru's pricing is indicated as mid-range ($$), but specific per-session or per-camp fees were not available at the time of listing. Holiday camp programmes typically follow a block or daily-rate structure rather than a simple per-session fee, and costs often vary by age group, camp duration, and whether materials are included. It is worth confirming whether there is a separate registration or materials fee on top of the camp price, and whether any sibling or early-bird discounts apply. Availability of a trial or taster session varies by programme and intake timing, so it is best to ask Heguru directly whether a trial class is offered for their holiday camps. When assessing fit, consider whether the teaching style keeps your child engaged, whether the level of challenge is appropriate, and whether the group size allows for adequate attention. For holiday camps in particular, some providers offer single-day enrolment before a full-week commitment — ask whether this is an option if you want to assess the programme first.
Specific tutor credentials were not available in the listing data at the time of publication. When enquiring, it is reasonable to ask about each facilitator's educational background, years of teaching or facilitation experience, and familiarity with the relevant age group and programme content. For enrichment and holiday camp providers, alignment with MOE syllabus objectives or a clearly articulated learning framework is a useful indicator of programme quality. If credentials matter to your decision, ask Heguru directly for this information before enrolling.
