About Help Is Here
Help Is Here is an elderly caregiver service operating islandwide across Singapore, listed on KakiList with verified contact details. It holds a 4.8 out of 5 rating across 124 Google reviews, a robust sample that suggests consistent client satisfaction. Pricing is indicated at a mid-range tier ($$), though specific hourly or package rates are not published and should be confirmed directly with the provider.
Engaging Help Is Here typically begins with a care assessment to establish the elder's mobility, medical conditions, and daily living requirements. From there, families can discuss whether visit-based support or a live-in arrangement better suits their needs, the number of hours required per day or week, and the level of care involved — personal hygiene, medication reminders, companionship, or more clinical support. It is worth involving all key family decision-makers at this stage, as care arrangements often need to be adjusted over time. A trial period before committing to a longer engagement allows both the caregiver and the elder to establish rapport and identify any gaps in the care plan.
To take the next step, contact Help Is Here by phone or through the enquiry form at their New World Centre office to discuss your family's specific care needs and request a detailed quote.
Insist on a trial period and put the care plan, hours, and rate in writing.
We had a great experience with Daphne. She was detailed, responsive, and took the time to understand our requirements clearly. Within just three weeks, she helped us find a reliable and suitable full-time domestic helper. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
A Heartfelt Thank You to Ms.Thiri at HIH As returning clients who had a very positive two-year experience with HIH, we trusted them again to find a helper for my mother. We were fortunate to be assisted by Thiri, whose service was outstanding. From our first conversation, Thiri's dedication and meticulous attention to detail were evident. She took the time to thoroughly understand our family's specific situation and my mother's care needs. Her proactive approach was exceptional—she followed up on every single detail, no matter how small, and provided clear, prompt answers to all our questions. Her efforts went beyond our expectations, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thiri has fully maintained the high standards we associate with HIH. We are thoroughly satisfied with her professional service and highly recommend her and the agency to anyone seeking reliable domestic help.
Very professional and no hard selling of helpers on hand. Daphne really went the extra mile to make sure we got a helper that is a right fit for our family. She asked all the tough questions during the helper interviews and we just had to sit in. There was also no prompting of answers from Daphne to the helpers during the interviews. We could tell she was genuinely trying to help our family, as our situation was quite dire, with a 14 month old baby at home and suddenly with no help, we had to urgently look for a helper. Daphne even suggested going to other agencies if there was no helper suitable for our family after all the interviews. Fortunately, we managed to find one with Daphne eventually. Assistance is prompt and efficient. Kakak Vira is a great addition to our family and we cannot thank you enough, Daphne!
Would really highly commend HIH. To be honest, they weren’t my first choice. But to my surprise, it was my best choice. Daphne has been really helpful guiding me thru the process as it was very new to me. She also understood my urgency (my dad required an urgent helper at home & my both parents are not equipped to manage helper themselves) and kept me updated along every step. I felt very assured with her service. In fact she was the only agency that understood my situation and provided the helper promptly to me. I would definitely recommend this agency and Daphne to my friends and family. Thank you, Daphne!!
I would like to share my wonderful experience in dealing with your agency. Daphne who was assisting me in getting a caregiver was really helpful. She is patient and always available for me. Even when she was away, she replies to my messages promptly. She sourced out candidates according to my needs and requirements. I have the utmost respect for her professionism. And would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. Thanks again Daphne for your time and help :) You are a GEM!

Help Is Here does not publish a specific rate schedule, so families should contact them directly for a quote tailored to the level of care required. As a general reference, visit-based caregivers in Singapore typically charge S$20–35 per hour, while live-in arrangements involve a caregiver salary, agency placement fee, and — where the live-in caregiver is a foreign domestic worker — a monthly MOM levy and mandatory insurance. Public holiday surcharges are common across most eldercare arrangements. Confirm all cost components in writing before engaging, including any agency fees, replacement costs, and what happens to billing during hospitalisation or leave periods. Help Is Here's listing covers elderly caregiver services, but the specific scope — whether they offer visit-based care, live-in arrangements, or both — is not detailed in the published information. Families should raise this directly during the initial enquiry, along with the number of hours required per day and the nature of care needed (personal care, medical support, companionship, or a combination). When discussing options, it is worth asking about the trial period policy and what happens if the assigned caregiver is not a good fit. A structured replacement policy matters particularly for live-in arrangements, where a mismatch can be disruptive for both the elder and the household.
Help Is Here does not list specific regulatory licences — such as AIC or MOH registration for home care services — in its current profile, so families should ask directly about caregiver qualifications, dementia care training, and whether caregivers hold any nursing or caregiving certifications recognised in Singapore. Insurance is an equally important question: confirm whether the agency carries coverage for caregiver injury on the job and for incidents involving the client. For live-in arrangements involving a foreign domestic worker, the household is responsible for mandatory FDW insurance under MOM rules. Ask Help Is Here to clarify their insurance model and confirm details in writing before the engagement begins.
