The customisation options available are also very thoughtful. As I delivered early, I really appreciated their help to expedite the packing of the herbs so I could start having the teas and soups as soon as possible. I really love Heng Foh Tong and genuinely think they are more than value for money. What stood out most was the personalisation of the herbs and how good everything tasted — both the confinement soups and the red dates tea were fragrant, comforting, and never overly medicinal. You can really tell the ingredients are fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Their service was also excellent. We forgot to inform them earlier about the delivery, but once we reached out, they were incredibly responsive and managed to pack everything within less than 3 days.
