Highly recommend Eliza’s pumping workshop for new mums- being educated early could only benefit you! The workshop covers the essentials knowledge for breastfeeding, from how to boost milk supply to management of different issues that may arise during breastfeeding journey, which are all very useful especially that I’m now in this journey. Attended both Eliza’s breastfeeding and pumping workshop. She tried to help me with overseeing my baby’s latching but was unsuccessful. However, was able to learn a few things during the workshop and also babywearing with different types of carrier. For the pumping workshop, it was a nice environment and Eliza was able to guide me to use the correct flange size and also try different pump if we want to.

I went for the Breastfeeding and Baby Carrying & Pumping 101 workshop, and it really changed my breastfeeding journey ❤️ Not only has latching been much easier already, having the correct pump flanges and knowing how to use my pump settings correctly has literally saved me hours every day! I used to pump 30 mins a session and now I only need 15 mins because of Eliza’s recommendation of the correct sized flanges! And not only that, because pumping is more effective now, my breasts has been clearing out more thoroughly and my milk output has increased! Even though i have been in this breastfeeding/pumping journey for 4 months already, i still learnt so much from Eliza, she have changed my breastfeeding journey for the better 😘 Thank you so much!!
