We hired Heng Lai to do 3 custom carpentry in our living room and vanity table. Ugene and his team did a fantastic job on our custom carpentry. During the initial visit, Ugene sketched the ideas we discussed using his iPad as we were talking, so that we were able to visualise what the carpentry may look like. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and meticulous about the details. Their workmanship is excellent, with clean finishing. They were also reliable with timelines and easy to work with throughout the process. They even went the extra mile to help us mount an LED mirror and hair dryer rack we ordered from Taobao at our vanity table. We are very happy with the end result, and highly recommend Heng Lai to anyone looking for quality custom carpentry at a reasonable cost.

From the initial consultation to the final installation, the entire experience was seamless and professional. A special thanks to the sales manager Ugene Tan, whose expertise with drawings and clear communication made the entire process stress-free. He was attentive to my ideas and offered valuable suggestions that enhanced the final design. So impressed with the skill and workmanship by his team, they were punctual and keep my house clean. E0 grade low formaldehyde plywood and Excel Soft closing hinges, soft closing drawer tracks is used for my wardrobe, the laminate brand is Keminates, I personally picked those colour, so proud of myself 😂 The wardrobe itself is not just a piece of furniture; it's a masterpiece of carpentry. The attention to detail, the flawless finish, and the robust construction have exceeded all my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Heng Lai to anyone seeking top-tier craftsmanship and outstanding customer service.
