Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Had to bring in my helper for her medical. The both staffs sitting at the counter were simply unprofessional and rude. Simply rude. They were frowning when I asked questions and they just were whining I guess to serve. Maybe they had too many patients but that’s their job. You can’t be this rude outright. Had came in here many times but this will be my last time. Poor service standards I had to remove a previous image due to the staff requesting me to remove since it had their images. I am still waiting for their team to contact me.
Staff has a good service in my 2nd visit. Staff and doctor are very helpful also. Staff assistance is adequate. She is kind enough to gave me 2 cups of water for me to be able to take my urine sample fast and no need to come back again to submit it. Doctor also gave me my usual 2 months of medication. Thank you guys for the pleasant visit unlike the first time. Can recommend them.
My first time here , clinic was clean and tidy. Receptionist was extremely polite and helpful, doctor fredrick attended to my medical check up and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended 👍
Very good service. Polite and professional at the same time. Does not give unnecessary medications to raise the bill. All their advice and medicines are whatever necessary only. Clinical is well maintained and good cleanliness.
This clinic operates 7 days per week, it even opens at night until 9:30pm, which is fantastic. I went there for medical check up and I got the report the day after my visit. The receptionist is super helpful and Dr Yeo Runqing Rachel is absolutely thoughtful and professional. This medical check up costed me S$60 (before GST) and I needed to travel to Ang Mo Kio Polyclinic to take chest x-ray by bus, very convenient after all. A very pleasant experience. Affordable, comfortable, clean environment, good location (there is a bus stop just opposite to this clinic), recommended 👍

Every legitimate clinic operating in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. No licences were returned in this listing, so patients should confirm the clinic's MOH licence directly before their visit. Every practising doctor must also appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg — search by the consulting doctor's name to confirm active registration status and any specialist accreditation. Both the clinic licence and the named doctor's SMC entry should be verified; neither alone is sufficient. Contact the clinic by phone or enquiry form to request these details in advance.
MediSave can be used for selected outpatient visits under the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits — S$500 per year for approved outpatient treatments and S$700 per year for conditions covered under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which includes hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, asthma, stroke, and several other chronic conditions. Confirm with the clinic whether it is an accredited CDMP provider before your visit. Integrated Shield Plan (IP) holders should check whether HMI OneCare Clinic Ang Mo Kio is on their insurer's panel GP list, as panel visits typically attract lower co-payments. For any planned procedure or specialist referral, request a financial counselling session and a written cost estimate that splits the insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding — this is the most reliable way to avoid bill surprises.
