The clinic is listed on KakiList as verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed. It holds a 3.8 out of 5 rating across 91 Google reviews, a moderate sample that provides a reasonable directional signal. For a first visit, patients can contact the clinic by phone or through the enquiry form to confirm consultation hours, the doctor's availability, and whether the presenting condition requires a GP or a specialist referral. GP consultations in Singapore typically run S$25–60 at private clinics. If you hold an Integrated Shield Plan, confirm at reception whether the clinic is a panel provider under your insurer, as out-of-pocket costs vary. For chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or lipid disorders, ask whether the clinic participates in the Chronic Disease Management Programme, which allows MediSave 500/700 withdrawals for qualifying outpatient visits. Polyclinic or GP referral letters remain the standard pathway to subsidised specialist outpatient care at public hospitals if a referral becomes necessary.
To get started, call the clinic or submit an enquiry through the contact form on this listing to confirm appointment availability and bring your NRIC, insurance card, and a list of current medications to your first visit.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I had an excellent experience at the clinic, thanks to the outstanding professionalism of Amira and Adila. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and incredibly supportive. Amira greeted me with a friendly smile and made the check-in process smooth and efficient. She was patient, attentive, and ensured everything was handled with care. Adila was equally amazing. Not only was she calm and organized, but she also provided my medication in the proper way and took the time to clearly explain how and when to take it. Her guidance made me feel confident and well-informed about my treatment. Both of them created a positive and comforting atmosphere, and their exceptional service truly elevated my overall experience at the clinic. Highly recommended. Thank you, Amira and Adila, for your kindness, professionalism, and excellent care.
Review is for the clinics administrative hygiene and not clinical skills. Clinic can’t even get their operating hours correct on Google. States that they are open till 3pm, when you arrive 1230pm they say that the doctor is out until 1pm + they already have 5 people in queue, so you have to come back after 130pm. Basic administrative hygiene, please get better!
My family has been coming to this clinic for about 1.5 years. Experience has overall been very good especially with Dr Yong. Dr Yong is attentive and has never rushed through any of our consultations. Non-resident doctors are good in general. I will also like to credit one of the young nurse who is friendly, professional and knowledgeable with the different insurance process :)
Dr Yong was very compassionate and attentive to my mother’s case of gastroenteritis and sudden spike in blood pressure. He took time to check on her and addressed our concerns. Thankful also to nurse Laila who agreed to take my mum in at the last minute on a Sunday night when all other clinics are closed.
Clinic close at 3pm. I reached 2.47pm and clinic has no patients waiting. Receptionists refused to let me register saying last registration is 15min before closure which is 2.45pm. I rushed down to the clinic as it is an emergency. This is very disappointing for such kind of service attitude.

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60, with follow-up visits usually at the lower end of that range. On top of the consultation fee, common add-ons include investigations such as a blood panel (S$60–200), urinalysis, or an X-ray (S$80–150), as well as prescription medications dispensed at the clinic. GST applies on private medical services. For planned procedures or referrals, request a written financial counselling estimate that splits any insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. If you are enrolled in a Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) condition, MediSave 500/700 withdrawal limits may apply to qualifying outpatient visits. Confirm your insurer's panel status with the clinic before your visit to avoid unexpected bills. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
No regulatory licences are recorded in this listing for HMI OneCare Clinic Bishan, so patients should verify independently before booking. Every legitimate clinic in Singapore holds an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — searchable on the MOH licensee directory online. Every practising doctor must also appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. Confirm both the clinic's MOH licence and the named consulting doctor's SMC entry before your appointment. Neither alone is sufficient — a licensed premises must be staffed by a registered doctor, and a registered doctor must practise from a licensed premises. If either cannot be confirmed, seek an alternative provider.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover private specialist consultations, day surgery, and inpatient stays, but GP visits at general practice clinics are usually self-pay unless your plan includes a GP rider or the clinic is on your insurer's panel. Confirm panel status directly with both the clinic and your insurer before your visit. MediSave can be used for selected outpatient treatments under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers conditions including hypertension, diabetes, lipid disorders, stroke, asthma, and selected mental health conditions, subject to the S$500/year (or S$700/year for eligible patients) MediSave withdrawal limit. Ask the clinic whether they are a CDMP-registered provider if you have a qualifying chronic condition. For any planned procedure, request a pre-treatment financial counselling session — most private clinics will provide an itemised estimate in writing. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are surprised by their final bill.
