The clinic handles everyday acute conditions — fever, upper respiratory tract infections, wound care, and minor injuries — as well as chronic disease follow-up under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers conditions including hypertension, diabetes, and lipid disorders and allows MediSave 500/700 outpatient withdrawal for eligible patients. Integrated Shield Plan (IP) claims generally do not apply at GP level; most patients pay by cash, NETS, or CashCard, with CHAS subsidies available for eligible Singapore Citizens and PRs. Prescription charges and any ordered investigations are billed separately from the consultation.

Had a great visit at this clinic today for my vaccination. Initially had to call the clinic to check for vaccine stock and I was thankful for their staff, Harshini, who took my call and helped me to book my appointment! Super quick and efficient! She was super friendly too!! (: Also, the doctor on call that day was also quite nice and kept the conversation lighthearted although I was a bit nervous for my vaccination. Overall, great experience and thank you!

On 19 Dec 2025, my right eye was swelling and I visited the clinic. The doctor on duty diagnosed me with sinusitis and was given antibiotics. One week later my eye was still swelling so I went back the 2nd time and saw Dr. Dawa. He diagnosed me with dacryocystitis and referred me to a specialist. The eye specialist I saw confirmed his diagnosis and sent me for an MRI scan. After a few weeks, the swelling subsided, and I was relieved when the MRI showed no signs of a tumour. However, when the swelling returned today, I visited the clinic again and saw Dr. Dawa once more. He was extremely empathetic, taking the time to carefully explain how warm compresses could help relieve the swelling. He listened patiently, addressed my concerns, and reassured me with kindness and encouragement. I am truly grateful for his professionalism, compassion, and attentive care.

Visited the clinic this morning and there were already two patients ahead of me. We waited a good 10 minutes at the counter. During this time, both staff at the desk looked up at us several times but did not bother to ask if we were queuing for the clinic. Only after about 10 minutes did the lady at the dispensary counter ask if we were here for the clinic. When I asked the registration staff, I was told, “You can just walk in.” How are patients supposed to know this? Staff working in a clinic should be more proactive and come forward to ask patients instead of leaving them standing and waiting. The lack of clear instructions and attentiveness was frustrating and disappointing.

Went to clinic on 4th Feb for bad acid reflux, low grade fever & joint pain. Right after the consultation, Dr. Dawa Tshering told me I'm on the bigger side and I should start to lose weight. He went on asking if Im married and have kids. I told him no kids but we are trying and I'm on my weight loss journey. He looks stunned when I said weight loss and he went "weight loss? By eating more?" and let out a loud sarcastic laugh just like how he's the biggest clown in the room. To HMI, please retrain your staff esp your Doctors. It's ironic that how insensitive your doctors are.

I am just sharing my feedback regarding the consultation I had today at the One Care Bukit Panjang Bus Interchange clinic. I visited the clinic due to tonsillitis, fever, and a sore throat. During my consultation with Dr. Dawa Tshering (M17208A), I experienced several issues that left me feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the level of care provided. Dr. Tshering repeatedly asked me the same question (“Tell me the symptoms”) three times, in a tone that came across as impatient and annoyed. Although I explained my symptoms clearly and in order, he appeared not to be listening and continued to ask the same question. This made me feel rushed and unheard during the consultation. Additionally, when he asked me to remove my mask so he could examine my throat, he repeatedly instructed me to open my mouth wider, even though I had already opened it to the maximum extent possible. As a result, I almost vomited, experienced a locked jaw, and felt significant pain when closing my mouth. It took several seconds for my jaw to return to normal. Despite informing him about the locked jaw, he did not offer any assistance or show concern for my discomfort. Also, I felt his question was irrelevant. He could clearly hear that I could barely speak and had lost my voice because of my sore throat, yet he still insisted on asking the same question — “What are the symptoms?” For a doctor who has studied medicine, he should already know the symptoms of tonsillitis & sore throat. I believe a more appropriate question would have been, “What are you feeling?” or “How did it all start?” if he genuinely wanted to understand the history of my condition. Based on this encounter, I felt that Dr. Tshering was not professional and appeared disengaged from his duties. This experience was notably different from the consultations I have had with other doctors at the same clinic, who have always been attentive and professional. I hope the doctor will improve the standard of care provided. I do not wish to visit the same doctor again. Thank you for taking the time to ready my feedback.

MediSave cannot be used for general acute GP visits such as a fever or a throat infection. Confirm with the clinic whether it is CDMP-registered before expecting MediSave to apply. For any planned procedure or investigation, ask for an itemised breakdown at the point of consultation so that insurance, MediSave-eligible, and out-of-pocket portions are clear before treatment proceeds.
