About HMI OneCare Clinic Clementi
HMI OneCare Clinic Clementi is a general practice clinic located at 449 Clementi Ave 3, serving residents in the Clementi area and the broader west of Singapore. It is listed under GP & 24-Hour Clinics on KakiList and has been verified by a KakiList team member who confirmed operating details and contact channels. The clinic holds a 3.7/5 rating across 99 Google reviews, a moderate sample that offers a reasonable directional signal on patient experience. No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or SMC practitioner details are currently listed on this profile, so prospective patients are encouraged to confirm these directly with the clinic before booking.
For a first visit, patients can present as walk-ins or call ahead to check queue times — GP clinics in Singapore typically see patients on a first-come, first-served basis with same-day appointments for acute conditions. The clinic operates under the CHAS and MediShield Life GP panel frameworks common to community GP practices, which means Singapore Citizens and PRs holding an Integrated Shield Plan may be able to claim for consultations subject to their plan's outpatient benefit. Patients managing chronic conditions listed under the Chronic Disease Management Programme — including hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol — should ask whether the clinic participates in CDMP, as this allows MediSave withdrawals of up to S$700 per year for outpatient treatment. Bring your NRIC, referral letters if any, and your insurance card on the first visit.
Contact HMI OneCare Clinic Clementi by phone or through the enquiry form to check current operating hours and queue availability before making your way down.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Went on 3 Oct 2025 at 1pm to clean my stitch and re-bandage my hand. The doctor was very sloppy and could not answer simple questions (I asked if my open wound needed stitching and she said she didn’t know). She wrapped the bandage so loosely and oversized that I had to re-do it myself — even going to Guardian to buy my own bandage. Felt like I wasted $54, as I basically did the doctor’s job myself. At this rate, I should be a doctor. Very disappointed.
Operating on Sunday is a plus point for this clinic. Usually no long wait, even there is a Q. Doctors are straight to the point and friendly. Counter staff are also nice. Have visited them a few times and so far this clinic prescribed medication works on me.
Very bad experience. Writing for 45 minutes. Only one patient before me. Bring my helper to do the 6ME medical checkup, two doctors have different suggestions. Make us feel confused. Some test cannot do in the lab. Don’t waste of your time to this clinic.
Have to change my review becos the clinic is NOT OPEN even though it says that it is open from 6 to 9pm! No word that they are specifically closed today. Very mean to make sick patients wait so long!!? It's 723pm now... As i post this pic.
I am very happy with this clinic. The doctors are knowledgeable and explain well and the wait time is not long. They accept my Great Eastern insurance. The doctors here have solved many issues for us which specialists were no use for.

GP consultations at private and CHAS-panel clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60 for a standard visit, with CHAS Orange and Blue cardholders eligible for subsidised rates that can bring out-of-pocket costs to S$0–15 for common conditions. Investigations billed on top of the consultation include blood panels (S$60–200 depending on scope), urine tests, swabs, and X-rays where clinically indicated. Prescriptions are charged separately. For Screen for Life health screenings — subsidised baseline cholesterol, blood pressure, and diabetes checks for eligible Singapore Citizens from age 40 — confirm whether HMI OneCare Clinic Clementi participates as a Screen for Life clinic, as the Government subsidy covers the basic panel at S$5 per screen for eligible individuals. Any planned investigations should be confirmed with a cost estimate before proceeding. See the full GP & 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or SMC practitioner registration is currently listed on this KakiList profile. Every legitimate clinic premises must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg. Every practising doctor must appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm the doctor's registration status and any specialist accreditation. Prospective patients should verify both the clinic licence and the named consulting doctor's SMC entry directly before booking — neither alone is sufficient. Contact the clinic by phone or form to ask for the MOH licence number and the name of the consulting doctor, then cross-check both on the respective public registers.
GP consultations are generally not claimable under MediSave except via the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which allows MediSave withdrawals of up to S$700 per year for outpatient treatment of listed chronic conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions. Confirm whether the clinic is an accredited CDMP provider before your visit. Most Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) do not cover standard GP outpatient consultations, though some riders include an outpatient benefit — check your policy schedule. CHAS cardholders should bring their card for subsidised rates at the point of consultation. For any investigation or procedure beyond a standard consultation, ask for a cost estimate in writing before it is carried out to avoid unexpected charges.
