Very bad experience. Registration is super slow. Queue for an hr outside of the clinic with about 8 paxes in front to get it registered. When is our turn, registeration only took abt 3 mins. Cannot understand what took them so long to register 6 paxes in front! There are 3 clinic assistants. 1 do registration, 1 incharge of dispensary and payment. 1 seated in the middle at counter basically not working at all. She has nothing to do, just stare blindly in front. Hands not on any keyboard nor doing any writing. When made enquiry, she is on slow motion mode and cannot hear her as does not speak up. Its because the nearby clinics are close, thus this clinic becomes arrogrant? Strongly NOT encourage to visit. Went back to clinic after 5 days as my mum not did not recover. Today, a female dr treated my mum n said that the previous male dr prescripted not suitable antibiotics that caused her to be on diahorrea and told us to stop the antibiotics despite not finishing the course for 7 days. Worst still, they still charge same normal consultation fee although is a repeat consultation. Moreover, this time then they realised can claim from medisave. Why could not they apply for medisave on the first treatment? Very unprofessional, irresponsible and non ethical Drs and clinic. Does not deserve any star if review allows. Please consult with care and consideration.
My daughter came in the morning to see for her diarrhoea, but the medicine didn't seem to be effective, in fact it become even worse, she needed to go to the toilet every 10 mins for the entire day. We had no choice but to go back again at 6pm when they reopened. We saw Dr Tan Wee Kiat this time. He changed some medicine for my girl and we asked for a referral letter for standby. This is in case she gets worse during midnight and has to rush to a nearby hospital A&E; a doctor letter on hand with explanation about her symptoms would be more helpful in such a situation. We were astonished when we were ASKED TO PAY $7+ FOR THE REFERRAL LETTER. It's not even about the money, but moreso why do we have to pay for it? We came back the 2 times, on the same day, and both times were charged, and not foc or discounted. I feel that doctors should have some compassion for their patients under such circumstances. Doesn't he worry whether his patient has to explain the long story and medications taken should she have to go to the A&E? Especially given her great discomfort currently. Very disappointed with this clinic and Dr Tan Wee Kiat .
Was there at 2.55 pm. Staff says they closed registration 15 mins before 3. Asked me to go opposite clinic. They were closed too. I was having fever, body aching and cough. I needed help and went back again to ask if they could register me as an exception. They said no. I thank them and went on my way. But was too sick to go. Since i had already dragged myself out to see the doc when feeling slightly better to walk. I went back for the 3rd time to plea for my case as i was really feeling cold. The staff didnt even bother to ask the doctor if an exception could be made. There was just another patient waiting for their turn. The staffs told me to go sengkang hospital A&E instead. Im not trying to be entitled or what not. But little empathy goes a long way. Especially in healthcare. Do it based on case by case basis. If someone is pleading for help, the least you could do is ask the doctor if its possible to extend one more patient. Truly disappointed
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Clinic Open on Sundays! I’m really glad to have found a few good clinics that are open on Sundays. Dr. Ng and his team are incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. They take the time to listen and explain things clearly, which made me feel very well taken care of. The whole experience was smooth and reassuring. Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality care and great service, even on the weekend!
I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction with the service provided by a specific front-desk staff member over two days. Yesterday, I visited at 9:10 PM, believing the clinic was open, only to be abruptly turned away. When I returned today, I was met by the same staff member who displayed a visibly negative attitude and an unwelcoming demeanor from the start. The situation escalated when I attempted to provide feedback about her poor attitude and the service I had received. Her reaction was extremely unprofessional; she lost her composure and handled patient documentation in a very aggressive and intimidating manner, slamming a file down forcefully on the counter in front of me. This behavior is completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting. Patients deserve professional and respectful treatment, especially when raising valid concerns. I felt disrespected and intimidated by this interaction. I urge the clinic management to review appropriate protocols for patient interaction and staff conduct

No regulatory licences are recorded in this listing for HMI OneCare Clinic Punggol. Every legitimate clinic in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence issued under the Healthcare Services Act — verifiable on the MOH licensee directory online. Every practising doctor must be registered on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, where you can confirm registration status, any specialist accreditation, and disciplinary history. Patients are strongly encouraged to verify both the clinic's MOH licence and the consulting doctor's SMC registration directly before attending. Neither alone is sufficient — both should be confirmed. Contact the clinic by phone or enquiry form to ask for this information before your visit.
For outpatient GP visits, MediSave can be used under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) for listed chronic conditions — up to S$500/year (or S$700/year for CDMP-eligible conditions) — at registered CDMP providers. Confirm whether HMI OneCare Punggol participates in CDMP before your visit if you have a listed chronic condition. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life are generally designed for specialist consultations, day surgery, and hospitalisation rather than GP visits. Routine GP consultations are typically paid out of pocket or via CHAS subsidies where eligible. For any planned procedure or investigation with a significant cost, request a written financial counselling estimate from the clinic that clearly separates insurance payout, MediSave deductions, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. This is the most reliable way to avoid bill surprises.
