About HMI OneCare Clinic Raffles Place

HMI OneCare Clinic Raffles Place is a general practice clinic located at 1 Raffles Place, #05-15/16, in the heart of Singapore's central business district. It holds a 3.0/5 rating across 176 Google reviews — a robust sample size, though the below-average score warrants attention before booking. No regulatory licences have been confirmed in the listing data, and ACRA registration has not been verified; prospective patients are encouraged to confirm the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the attending doctor's Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration directly before their visit.

For a typical GP visit, patients can contact the clinic by phone or through the online enquiry form to check consultation availability and opening hours. A standard consultation covers presenting symptoms, examination, and prescription where appropriate. For chronic conditions covered under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — including hypertension, diabetes, and lipid disorders — patients may be able to apply MediSave withdrawals of up to S$500–700 per year towards outpatient treatment. Highly recommended clinic. When I arrived, I was feeling extremely dizzy and unwell. One of the staff at the registration counter, Diyanah, immediately noticed and came to help me. She gently assisted me to sit down and helped me with the registration when I was not feeling well at all. The doctor was also very kind and truly concerned about my condition. They stayed with me and made sure I was safe, even waiting with me during their lunch hour until my husband arrived to fetch me. I am deeply grateful for the care, patience, and compassion shown to me. Thank you for treating me not just as a patient, but as a person

Please avoid this clinic, if you have other options around CBD. Doctors are OK (they are on rotational basis though so you might not see the same one the next visit). But the front staff is very inefficient and inexperienced, that would make the process unpleasant. I wish I read google reviews first. So many similar observations! I went there to check on my injured finger on 18 Dec and was sent to X-ray. No calls whatsoever from the clinic so in early Jan i went there to check status. Asking the staff politely what is the process: should I wait for the call or do I need to see the doctor. The staff had no clue and insisted to ask what I want? And that I needed to register to see the doctor as she didn’t know. Attitude is … unexpected (rude) Guess what? The report was there (at front desk) and as it is normal case (no dislocation) according to the doctor whom I saw, it is their SOP that the front staff is supposed to call and inform the patient !!!!

Seeing the doctor was fast but prescribing the medications part was taking a bit far too long. 3 clinic staffs but, 1 busy with X Ray documents, 2 more was there but not sure what they’re doing. 1 hour for 3 people ahead of me was far too long :(

It deserves no star. Reception not handling her task professionally- checked in at 3.40pm and showed my medical card. As there was a long queue I have been waiting for almost 50 mins and only they said they are unable to locate my profile under HSBC and Allianz cover - when mine is Fullerton Health. I left in frustrations and 5 mins later only they called back to confirm that they have finally found my profile under Fullerton's coverage. Avoid this clinic at all cost, such a waste of time!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does HMI OneCare Clinic Raffles Place charge?

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60, with variations depending on the complexity of the presenting condition, time of visit, and whether additional investigations are ordered. Common add-ons include blood panels (S$60–200), urinalysis, swabs, and prescribed medications, all billed separately from the consultation fee. GST applies on private medical services. For chronic disease management, MediSave withdrawals of up to S$500–700 per year may apply under the CDMP for conditions such as hypertension and diabetes. For any planned investigation or procedure, request a written cost estimate in advance. Contact the clinic directly to confirm current fees, as these are not confirmed in the listing data. Is HMI OneCare Clinic Raffles Place MOH-licensed and how do I verify the doctor?

No regulatory licences have been confirmed in the current listing data for HMI OneCare Clinic Raffles Place. Before your visit, verify two things independently: first, that the clinic holds an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act — searchable on the MOH licensee directory at moh.gov.sg; second, that the attending doctor is on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg, which confirms their registration status, specialist accreditation if applicable, and any disciplinary history. The clinic's 3.0/5 rating across 176 Google reviews is a robust sample and sits below the typical threshold for a well-regarded practice — read recent reviews carefully before booking, and confirm operating hours and doctor availability directly.

How do I use MediSave or insurance at HMI OneCare Clinic Raffles Place?

For outpatient GP visits, MediSave can be withdrawn for selected chronic conditions under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — up to S$500 per year for general outpatient CDMP claims, or S$700 per year when combined with specific qualifying conditions. Common CDMP-covered conditions include hypertension, type 2 diabetes, lipid disorders, asthma, stroke, and selected mental health conditions. Confirm whether the clinic is a CDMP-registered provider before expecting to use MediSave. If you hold an Integrated Shield Plan (IP) layered on MediShield Life, check whether the clinic is on your insurer's outpatient GP panel — coverage terms, deductibles, and co-insurance vary by plan and rider. For any planned investigation or procedure beyond a standard consultation, request a written financial estimate splitting insurance, MediSave, and out-of-pocket portions before proceeding. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are surprised by their final bill.
