The Chinese female counter staff who dispensed my medication was extremely rude. She spoke very quickly while explaining the medication instructions and mentioned that one of the medicines should be taken in the morning. However, the label only indicated “once a day,” without specifying the timing. When I politely asked if she could write “morning” on the label for clarity, she became visibly impatient and started repeating all the dosage instructions again in an unfriendly and condescending tone — even though I had already understood and did not request further explanation. In addition, the Dr Hashim Johan who attended to me was not very receptive to what I was trying to explain. While his attitude was not ideal, it was still more acceptable compared to the rudeness of the counter staff.
