I was attended by Dr Ling Yee Kiang, and I don't think he is either trustworthy or empathetic doctor. At first, when I entered his room, he appeared unwelcoming. I thought that was fine because different person has different personalities and he was probably just doing his job. He went on to examine my condition, ask questions, and type down my answers. No feedback to affirm or clarify what I thought I was having—cough with a bit of phlegm. He concluded by prescribing me cough medicine and antibiotics. When asked if antibiotics were necessary and too soon (as I don't want to consume it unnecessarily), instead of explaining why he thinks it's good to have, he just returned me the sentiment, "How do you know if it's too soon? Some patients come literally asking for it. If you don't take it now, and you come back a few days later, then you might think it's too late." Then he went on to rant, "You said the color of the phlegm is light yellow, not too dark. Is it yellow or dark yellow? I don't know. I can't confirm." (If you're not sure, Dr, please clarify when I explained earlier.) I don't think this is what a sick patient needs to get from a professional doctor. Patient needs a sound advice and help to recover. I think it turns out I have a common cold, could be due to a virus. What would happen if I had taken the antibiotics? It would be of no use. I gave 2 stars because the counter staff were more polite and friendly.

Visited in the evening of 8 Feb 2026. Was a bit concerned when I read some of the reviews. However the receptionists and the attending male doctors were nice. Doctor answered my questions well and started the session by apologising for the longer wait. Overall a positive experience

My experience at this clinic was absolutely horrible. I was attended to by Dr LING YEE KIANG, and the moment I entered the room, his expression already looked unhappy. I work in healthcare, so I understand how tiring the job can be, but that does not give anyone the right to treat patients rudely. Anyway, I decided to brush it off. Despite me explaining multiple times that I still have plenty of medication at home since I just fell sick recently and don’t need more for now, he still questioned me, saying, “You have to take the medications. How do I justify your MC then?” As if like I’m faking my sickness. Pls la I wouldn’t anyhow go clinic to waste my money and pay yr short 5 mins consultation bro. Hi Dr, if you’re reading this right, I’m entitled for my MC, and you do not have the right to force patients to take your medications for your own business purposes. Never in my entire life has a doctor forced to make me take their clinic medicine after I’ve already refused. I’ll take it when I actually need it and I’m fully capable of making my own medical decisions. You just proved me right about why this clinic has so many nasty and bad reviews 😂😂😂 Please fix your attitude and facial expression before attending to patients. so guailan sia

I visited this lady doctor and found her to be quite impatient. She was dismissive of the symptoms I shared and insisted on her diagnosis without offering alternative possibilities. She mentioned that I could see a specialist later only if the symptoms she diagnosed persisted after treatment. I took the medication she prescribed for a week, but my condition did not improve. I then visited another doctor at a different clinic, who considered my symptoms more thoroughly, offered alternative explanations, and resolved the issue with a different approach.

Avoid this place it is totally useless. So many different doctors ive never seen the same one. Constantly in cycles of different doctors. 3 doctors recently been telling me all different things to do. Keep prescribing me medicine even though its giving me side effects. Only advice is to keep taking them if I have pain. All the doctors telling me to do different things. Been trying to see a specialist but this doctors doesnt help me with my referral even though i keep filling in the link. Plus the receptionist staff are always so miserable!
