It was my first time bringing my helper for medical check up. Waited more than an hour to see the doctor, and i had a 2 month old infant with me. When my number was called, i went in together with my helper, the doctor told me that i was not allowed in the consultation room and told me to get out rudely. When i told that i was the employer, he repeated the same thing n told me to get out again. He took 15 mins to call the next patient after each consult. I am not coming back to this clinic. Very bad and rude doctor

Worse doctor I have met. Was there to treat my fever and migraine. Told Dr ajeet gupta that my BP is low for the past two days and he reply it's ok without checking. Ask me to turn back and check my back breathing just 2 quick tap and he says anything else? I left consulting him for less than 2.mins. Next day when back again to get MC as still not well. As usual check my throat and breathing, tap twice and say he will prescribe me flu and cough medicine this time. Withing a min, im out. No proper check of BP and no empathy at all! Will definitely not go back to see him again.

In my opinion, this is a dangerous clinic. Visit at your own risk. My dad had an injury on his pinky finger and had a big open wound, the doctor on duty said that due to the swell he unable to do stitch or glue for him and ask my dad to come again the next day(Without pain killer). The next day my dad revisit the clinic and was attended by another doctor. The doctor said because the would is at the pinky finger, it might open up after glueing and state that they dont do stitching at their clinic so he suggested just do the dressing and see if it will heal by itself. The doctors seemed unsure about the treatment plan, and I felt they didn't provide adequate care , so i ask the doctor if he could write a letter for my dad to go a&e instead. we ended up at A&E at Ktp, where the doctor expressed concern about the delay and tell us that is not recommended to do stitching after 24hrs.
