I came to your store at chinatown point to buy 2 bottles of barley water. I was served by one lady and she was extremely rude..the way she answered me today. I was asking her whether is the barley water made today or was it yesterday? Without thinking how to reply me.. she told me off in a very rude way. All our barley water are made today and we don't sell yesterday barley water..But i remembered i bought from other outlets..they do sell the next day barley water. Honestly i don't really expect much But i really don't like the way this lady tell people off in this way and its was very rude. Being a service provider..we need to serve all our customers well be it whether you like it or not.. As long as your in the uniform..you should do your best at work not to make your customer angry and leave them a very bad impression.

Came down specially for some urgent cooling herbs as google shows the shop to close at 10pm. It’s 20 mins from 10 and the shop is already fully closed? Either operating time should be reviewed or are they just closing as and when there is no longer any crowd
