About Holistic Clinic And Surgery
Holistic Clinic And Surgery is a general practice clinic located at 501 West Coast Drive, serving patients across Singapore. The clinic is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It holds a 4.9-star rating across 195 Google reviews, which is a robust sample and a strong positive signal. No regulatory licence information has been provided in this listing, so prospective patients are advised to confirm the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctor's Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration directly before booking.
For a first visit, patients typically arrive as walk-ins or book ahead by phone or through the contact form. A GP consultation covers presenting symptoms, medical history, physical examination, and where needed, on-site investigations such as a rapid blood glucose test, urine dipstick, or swab. Prescriptions are dispensed at the clinic, and referral letters to public hospital specialist outpatient clinics or private specialists can be issued where indicated. Patients with chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or high cholesterol may be eligible for the Chronic Disease Management Programme, which allows MediSave withdrawals of up to S$700 per year for qualifying outpatient treatment at participating CDMP clinics. It is worth confirming with the clinic whether it participates in CDMP before your visit.
To make an appointment or check walk-in waiting times, contact Holistic Clinic And Surgery by phone or through the online enquiry form listed on this page.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
I highly recommend Dr Lee’s clinic. My first visit on 13 January as I was dealing with a sinus infection just one day before my overseas trip. Dr Lee prescribed the antibiotics and medications I needed and also prepared a memo to support my travel insurance claim. He further advised me to follow up with my ENT specialist at SGH and even offered to write a referral letter if required. He is very patient-centered. I was also allowed to decline certain medications at the counter before payment since I already had them at home. he was completely understanding about it. He genuinely cares about his patients. What really stood out to me was how he handled another case in the clinic — a teenage girl with very low blood pressure. He acted quickly and arranged for her to be put on IV fluids immediately with her parents by her side. His attentiveness and prompt action were truly reassuring.
The doctor was ok but not the nurses – one of them is impatient and curt. The prices are fairly high as compared to prices from neighbouring clinics. The wait time is super long, I think, in part due to the fact that the other clinic has shut down and the next nearest one does not have Chinese doctors. When I asked them for approximate wait time, the answer was “we do not know and we cannot tell”. Willingness to help is clearly not there.
I had a very positive experience. The clinic was clean, and the staff were friendly and professional. The service was efficient, and I felt well cared for. I would definitely recommend this clinic to others. Thank you for the great service.
Highly recommend Dr Lee and his clinic. He has been looking after my 7-month-old for several visits and has always been friendly, attentive, and thorough. Dr Lee does follow-up calls and remembers patient details, which shows how much he truly cares. Very reassuring experience every visit.
First time visiting this clinic and the experience was positive. Dr Lee is very helpful and shares relatable use cases and advises accordingly.

GP consultations at private clinics in Singapore typically run S$25–60, with follow-up visits often at the lower end of that range. Common add-ons billed on top of the consultation include investigations such as a blood panel (S$60–200), throat or nasal swabs, urine tests, and any prescribed medication. GST applies on private medical services. For patients attending via a polyclinic or GP referral letter to a public hospital specialist outpatient clinic, the subsidised first-consult fee for Singapore Citizens runs S$30–80 — though this applies to specialist referrals, not GP visits at private clinics such as this one. Contact Holistic Clinic And Surgery directly for the current consultation fee, as exact pricing is not displayed in this listing. See the full GP and 24-Hour Clinics cost guide for Singapore →
No regulatory licence details have been provided in this listing. Every legitimate clinic in Singapore is required to hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act, and every practising doctor must be registered with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC). Both can be verified independently: the MOH licensee directory is available on the MOH website, and the SMC public register at smc.gov.sg allows you to search by the doctor's name to confirm registration status, specialist accreditation, and any disciplinary history. Patients are strongly advised to confirm both the clinic's MOH licence and the named doctor's SMC entry before booking. Neither alone is sufficient — a licensed clinic premises must have at least one SMC-registered doctor, and an SMC-registered doctor must practise from a licensed facility. Listing data on licences is incomplete — contact Holistic Clinic And Surgery directly to confirm details.
MediSave can be used for selected outpatient treatments at GP clinics. Under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), patients with qualifying conditions — including hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, asthma, stroke, COPD, and selected mental health conditions — may withdraw up to S$700 per year per patient from MediSave at participating CDMP clinics. General outpatient MediSave withdrawals are capped at S$500 per year and cover a narrower set of conditions. Confirm with the clinic whether it is a CDMP-registered provider before your visit. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life primarily cover inpatient stays and day surgery rather than standard outpatient GP consultations — check your plan's outpatient rider terms if you believe you have coverage. For any planned procedure that may involve a specialist referral or day surgery, request a written financial counselling estimate from the relevant provider that clearly splits insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
