We had entrusted the renovation of our landed house to Home Reno ID Pte Ltd and their ID, Aaron, recently. It was a job done well! We were highly satisfied with Home Reno’s transparent pricing, completion on time, being within our budget and Aaron’s responsiveness. Aaron was very prompt in answering all our queries, explaining pros and cons of all our and his suggestions, providing regular updates, lending a listening ear to all our requests and most importantly getting the job done! Even when certain items or requests were out of scope, he would accommodate them into the work scope instantly and charge us transparently. We never received “no” or “cannot be done” for an answer. He was always available and his response time was super quick! Also after renovation, if any touch ups were required, the service was prompt and excellent. We are satisfied home owners and would strongly recommend Home Reno and Aaron to all for your house renovation works. No wonder they are rated highly by others and HomeTrust.sg! I had a tight budget and timeline but needed wardrobes and TV cabinets to be done as part of my home improvements for a 4 room HDB flat. Thanks to Aaron and the team of carpenters, everything went on time and schedule. I had an excellent renovation experience with Home Reno Pte Ltd. We had quite a lot of work done within a very short span of time. We had changed all the cabinets in the wet and semi-wet areas, all sanitary wares, shifted the yard area to the balcony and many others. Our main point of contact was Aaron who was extremely patient with us and provided very practical advice and is very forthright in telling us if certain ideas we had did not work. My family is very happy with the result. The attached photos are a testament to the great job done.

Our ID Aaron Tan was recommended by my friend’s friend. My friend shared that Aaron did a good job for her friend’s flat. We had visited a few renovation contractors. Some are pushy to close the deal and their quotation was rather high. Whereas for Aaron he gave us sufficient time to consider his quotation and never push us to close the deal. We found Aaron to be knowledgeable, resourceful, responsible, trustworthy and have a positive attitude. We had a fantastic working relationship during the 2 months renovation period. He helps to organise and liaise with the suppliers for the delivery.Upon delivery of the goods he ensure that the items are correct and properly stored them up. So that save us a lot of stress snd hassle in dealing with the suppliers. Upon signing the quotation we still have many changes to add and delete.Aaron is patient, accomodating and listen to our proposals. Just inform him your requirements and he will offer you with options.He communicates openly, show us the pros and cons and respect our decisions.After every stage of the renovation we will send us a video and update us. He responds to our queries promptly and at times with photos for reference. Carpentry job was well done and painting too! He also arrange for a touch up according to our schedule. After the renovation,the place was properly cleaned up. To conclude we are very happy with Aaron’s performance as it had exceeded our expectations. Most importantly, the quotation was reasonable , excellent workmanship and project completed on time. We would not hesitate to recommend our ID Aaron to anyone who looking for an ID to renovate their homes.
