Just came back from Homekeeper @Potong Pasir. Am very pleased with the service. Sook Fun is amazing. What struck me was her empathy for the helpers, and she also is adept at negotiating between employer and helper. I also noticed her colleague handling an employer who had brought in his helper (to transfer?) The handover was seamless and done with sensitivity. Back to my story - I am very happy with everything. I wish Homekeeper Maid Agency lots of good business - especially the Potong Pasir Branch, and Sook Fun!

We were desperately looking for a maid to take care of my elderly dad. My sister and I were so relieved to find Homekeeper Maid Agency, which provided us with the perfect domestic helper to meet our needs. We were fortunate to be assisted by Isabel from the Potong Pasir branch, who was incredibly professional throughout the process. She understood our urgency in finding a helper quickly, especially after our previous helper left suddenly and we needed immediate assistance to care for our elderly mother. Isabel was extremely efficient, promptly suggesting a suitable candidate that met our requirements. We had a video call interview with the recommended helper, and within four days, we were able to pick up our new helper from the agency. On the day I collected our new helper, Isabel was off, but Sook Fun from the same branch was very helpful in assisting me with the necessary paperwork and the handover process. We truly appreciated her support. To this day, we are very happy with our new helper, who has settled in well and is taking excellent care of our elderly mother.
