Update: refer to the last photo. This is after 3 weeks of usage. They did a nice service recovery. It should have been like that from the start. If you are thinking of changing the design while sending your branded handbag for repair, proceed with caution, get all your instructions and dialogues documented. I’ve sent in mine to change the broken straps in July 2025 and until now I haven’t been able to use my bag. The straps that they installed and charged me for were not according to the dimensions agreed upon and paid for. In addition, after a few weeks of use, the new straps looked worn. And I texted them, they refused to redo until I said that I’ll post my experience here. They then collected the bag for redo in Sep 2025. Until now, I haven’t received much updates or photos despite chasing them many times. If I had known the quality of their work and service level, I would not have gone to them. I chose them after reading all online reviews 😖 I’m choosing to maintain this review so that buyers beware. They ARE CAPABLE OF GOOD QUALITY WORK, just that I had to go through many months and many correspondences including a Google review for a job well done. I’m grateful to have my bag back. Thank you
