Had a very good experience engaging the team from How2Design. I found them on Carousell and decided to go ahead after seeing their many completed works but was still anxious along the way as there are so many Reno horror stories. I had two wardrobes and one shoe shelf/storage built up in my current house as we needed more storage. The team was very on the ball every step of the way and completed the works as expected. They were detailed in the drawings stage and patient to go thru my requirements as I had very detailed plans for the storage. They answered my questions and gave helpful suggestions. Fabrication was also completed as expected and the installation team was very quick and professional in their work. I felt that they are very excellent because they are still responsive after the works and collected and payment is made (eg we had one faulty switch 3 months later) and they came by within 2 days and solved the issue for us. The workmanship is good and I really love the colours and everything. Price is reasonable. Would definitely recommend them and would use their services again:)

I want to thank Joshua and his teammates for their patience and dedication to this small project of mine. They took their time explaining and going through some details late at night through a Zoom call. Though there are some hiccups during the reno process, it was resolved with the help of Sean, who diligently did her job well by following up and updating. Not forgetting Bikash and Baten for their well-done electrician, plumbing and carpentry work. Last but not least, I would highly recommend anyone to Joshua & Sean if anyone requires renovation in future. Thumbs up 👍
