one of the BEST lymphatic drainage massages I’ve ever had! I got mine with the therapist HaiYue who’s had more than 10yrs of experience in TCM. She was so knowledgeable & friendly and I honestly had such an amazing experience
I’ve been doing lymphatic drainage massage with Anna here since October. She is really amazing at at lympha and super friendly too. I used to dislike massages, but now I look forward to this session every week :) the staff here are also very nice and helpful. And definitely not pushy!
I’ve been going to Anna for lymphatic massage for about two months now, and I can really feel the difference. She’s very knowledgeable and attentive. My body tends to feel quite “cold,” but since starting regular sessions with her, I’ve noticed that I feel warmer and lighter overall. The space is also very clean and all the staff are friendly. I always look forward to my sessions with Anna.
Xiu Hua - an amazing experience at Hsi! The atmosphere was calming and clean, and the therapist was professional and skilled. She took the time to focus on my tense areas, leaving me feeling totally relaxed.
I have recently went for a Tuina massage at HSI Chinese Medicine and it was such a pleasant experience. The therapist, Haiyue was friendly, skilled and attentive. The session was comfortable and felt so relaxed after. Highly recommended!

HSI Chinese Medicine is priced at a mid-range level ($$), though specific per-session rates are not listed publicly. In Singapore, TCM first consultations typically run S$30–80, with follow-up sessions S$20–60. Acupuncture, cupping, or tuina add-ons are usually billed separately at S$30–80 per modality. Herbal prescriptions carry an additional cost depending on the formula and quantity dispensed. Many clinics offer package pricing for patients committing to a course of treatment — confirm whether HSI Chinese Medicine provides this, and ask about the no-show and cancellation policy before booking. GST may apply depending on the clinic's registration status. See the full TCM cost guide for Singapore →
No formal referral is required to book a consultation at HSI Chinese Medicine. Your first visit will typically involve a detailed intake — the practitioner will ask about your presenting complaint, medical history, lifestyle, and current medications, and will conduct tongue and pulse diagnosis before recommending a treatment plan. If you have a complex chronic condition, cardiovascular issues, are pregnant, or are currently on prescription medication, it is worth informing the clinic in advance so the practitioner can assess any contraindications before treatment begins. A GP referral is not mandatory but can be useful if you intend to claim through an integrated shield or employer health insurance policy, as some insurers require it for TCM reimbursement.
In Singapore, TCM practitioners who perform acupuncture or dispense Chinese proprietary medicines must be registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) under the Ministry of Health. Registration is verifiable on the TCMPB public register at moh.gov.sg — search by the practitioner's name to confirm active registration status and the specific modalities they are licensed to perform. Note that the regulatory licences held by HSI Chinese Medicine are not listed in the current KakiList data. We recommend confirming the consulting practitioner's TCMPB registration number directly with the clinic before your first appointment. No ACRA registration has been verified for this listing at this time. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the TCMPB public register before treatment.
