About Tianyi Inmed TCM Clinic
Tianyi Inmed TCM Clinic is a Traditional Chinese Medicine clinic located at 116 Middle Road, #01-02 ICB Enterprise House, Singapore 188972. It has been listed on KakiList as a verified provider and holds a 5/5 rating across 113 Google reviews, which represents a robust sample and a meaningful signal of patient satisfaction. Pricing is indicated at the mid-range tier; specific per-session fees should be confirmed directly with the clinic.
Patients typically begin with a first consultation during which the TCM practitioner conducts pulse diagnosis, tongue assessment, and a detailed health history to determine the appropriate treatment approach — which may include acupuncture, herbal medicine, tui na, cupping, or a combination. It is helpful to arrive with notes on your presenting condition or goal, any existing medical reports, and a list of current medications or supplements to aid the assessment. The clinic does not hold a listed regulatory licence at this time, so patients are advised to confirm the individual practitioner's registration with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) directly before commencing treatment. Packages versus single-session options, as well as cancellation and no-show policies, are worth clarifying at the point of booking.
To get started, contact Tianyi Inmed TCM Clinic via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to schedule a first consultation and confirm availability.
Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the relevant board's public register before treatment.
I was just walking by and the clean, professional setup caught my attention. Decided to try the roller back massage and it was actually really effective. Strong, focused, and great for back pain. The place was spotless and the staff were very professional. Definitely worth stopping in if you have back or neck tension.
Been to this clinic few days ago, was even late a bit, and still got the service with no rush and attention to the details. I would like to recommend the therapist Chen Cheng, who was very delicate and answered all my questions after the session. Recommend this clinic to anyone who wants to ease stiffness in muscles and feel great after.
i tried the 30 minute neck therapy. it did help relieve my neck pain immediately and the session was a comfortable one. I would say that based on the experience from this trial session for first time customer, the techniques and skills of the staff are considered good. I would try their service again if I pass by the clinic next time.
Walked passed and saw the clinic - went in because it looked clean and staff professional. Receuved friendly and free consulting. Then, I tried it out for my first time. I had a pretty bad shoulder/neck, now feels great. I fell asleep and feel rested, but it was only 30mins on the machine. Would recommend.
The treatment here makes use of in-house apparatus and equipment which help a lot in relieving muscle stiffness. Been to different tcm, physio and chiro in Singapore, this is definitely one of the better ones. Thanks Kent for the effective treatment!

Tianyi Inmed TCM Clinic is listed at a mid-range price tier; exact per-session fees are best confirmed directly with the clinic. In the Singapore market, TCM consultations typically range from S$30–80 per session, with acupuncture treatments often S$50–120 depending on the number of needles, duration, and adjunct therapies such as cupping or gua sha. Herbal prescriptions are usually billed separately at S$20–60 per course. Package deals (for example, six or ten sessions) generally offer a discount over single-session rates. A first-consultation fee may apply and sometimes differs from follow-up visits. Confirm whether GST is applicable and whether a no-show or late-cancellation charge is in place before booking. No GP referral is required to book a first appointment at a TCM clinic. At your initial visit, the practitioner will conduct a comprehensive intake assessment — typically covering pulse diagnosis, tongue observation, and a discussion of your presenting symptoms, health history, lifestyle, and any ongoing Western medical treatments. Bringing relevant medical reports (for example, blood test results, MRI scans, or a specialist's diagnosis letter) can help the TCM practitioner calibrate the treatment plan, particularly for complex or chronic conditions. If you are on prescribed medication, disclose this in full, as some herbal formulations can interact with pharmaceuticals. For insurance claims under Medisave or an integrated shield plan, check whether your insurer requires a GP referral letter or only accepts TCM claims for specific conditions — requirements vary by policy.
In Singapore, all practising TCM practitioners must be registered with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) under the Ministry of Health. Registration covers acupuncturists and TCM physicians separately, and can be verified free of charge on the TCMPB public register at moh.gov.sg before you attend. Tianyi Inmed TCM Clinic does not currently list any regulatory licences on its KakiList profile. Patients are strongly encouraged to ask for the treating practitioner's full name and TCMPB registration number and to cross-check this on the public register prior to treatment. A legitimate clinic should provide this information readily. Confirm the practitioner's licence number on the TCMPB public register before treatment.
