About Hydro Canine
Hydro Canine is a pet training provider based at 154 Joo Chiat Road, Singapore 427432, offering services islandwide. The listing is KakiList-verified, meaning operating details and contact channels have been confirmed by a real person. It holds a Google rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 54 reviews, which represents a moderate sample size and can be taken as a reasonably reliable indicator of customer satisfaction.
When reaching out to Hydro Canine, it helps to have key details about your pet ready: breed, size, age, and general temperament. If your dog has had any reactivity or behavioural concerns, mention these upfront so the trainer can assess fit. You should also have vaccination records on hand, as responsible pet service providers in Singapore typically require proof of current vaccinations before commencing sessions. Clarify whether training is conducted on a drop-off basis or whether sessions take place at your home or a neutral location, and discuss whether you are looking for a one-off behaviour consultation or a recurring training programme.
To take the next step, reach out to Hydro Canine via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form on their listing. Describe your pet's profile and training goals, and ask about available slots and pricing before committing to a schedule.
Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
I brought my 2 dogs Asher and Amber to Dave and Belle at Hydrocanine for the last 2 years. It has been the best decision I made for my toy poodles. Asher is an energetic and fiesty 4 year old pup. He was afraid of swimming in the beginning, fearful could be more apt description. With the help of Dave and Belle, he overcame his fears and swims happily with his sister Amber. Amber came to Hydrocanine with a shoulder dysplasia that was operated on. She needed physiotherapy and I went to multiple other places prior to coming to Hydrocanine. Fear was instilled in many vet and physiotherapy encounters elsewhere. Naturally I was apprehensive when I came to Hydrocanine. But the nature of Dave and Belle, with the calm culture they have in their pool, they helped Amber to rehabilitate and enjoy her swims. She so looks forward to her weekly swim, catching her favorite toy in water. This is the longest indoor pool for dogs so they can exercise in the best manner. It is heated and very clean and well maintained. You may catch a glimpse of her when you visit Hydrocanine! My sister's dog Hana now joins the team! To Dave and Belle, a big THANK YOU to both of you for doing what you do, and to do it with such compassion for the dogs. Kudos to your great work with my and many other's dogs. May you be blessed as much as you have blessed others! Thank you! Pat
We were recommended by a friend to Hydrocanine when our dog was diagnosed with luxating patella. After 2 years, we are happy to report that her condition has since improved. Belle and Dave are friendly and really good at what they do. Our dog absolutely loves swimming now and looks forward to her session every time. We highly recommend Hydrocanine to all pawrents!
Hydro Canine has been my dog's Go-to for fun swims for close to a decade. The weekly swims without fail has helped my dog's hip dysplasia, providing muscle conditioning well into his senior years. Most of all despite being a regular for so many years, he still looks forward to his swims every week! Highly recommend the team lead by Belle and Dave!
Fundays at hydrocanine from time to time to strength furkid’s back leg muscles. Belle and Dave are really professional and maximise each session to guide doggos to their full potential. After a few sessions he was able to swim in laps and turn on his own! Highly recommended for dogs which needs hydrotherapy or just need a splash of fun!
I have been a regular client of Hydrocanine since 2021. Belle and Dave helped monitor their swim postures and getting them to swim on their own independently (prior to Hydrocanine, my dogs dislike swimming). Most important, the environment is clean and the team is very friendly.

Hydro Canine displays a mid-range price indicator, but specific session rates have not been published on this listing. For pet training in Singapore, fees typically vary depending on the type of programme — basic obedience, puppy socialisation, or behavioural correction — as well as whether sessions are conducted in a group or on a one-to-one basis. Group classes tend to be more affordable, while private sessions command a higher per-visit rate. Additional costs to clarify include any transport or travel surcharge for home-visit sessions, materials or training aids, and whether a behavioural assessment is charged separately at the start of a programme. Contact Hydro Canine directly to obtain a full breakdown before committing. See the full pet training cost guide for Singapore →
Most pet training providers in Singapore require dogs to be up to date on core vaccinations before participating in any group or facility-based sessions. For dogs, this typically means DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and rabies vaccinations, with proof of vaccination usually required to be current within the past 12 months. Where classes involve close contact with other dogs, bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly requested. Bring your pet's vaccination certificate or veterinary health booklet when attending your first session. If your dog's vaccinations are due for renewal, arrange this with your vet in advance. Contact Hydro Canine directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy before your first visit.
Hydro Canine is KakiList-verified, meaning a real person has confirmed the provider's operating details and contact information. The listing does not currently show ACRA business registration or any Animal & Veterinary Service (AVS) licences, so it is worth asking the provider directly about their regulatory status, particularly if you are enrolling your dog in any programme involving a shared facility or other animals. On the question of insurance, ask Hydro Canine whether they carry liability coverage in the event your pet is injured or falls unwell during a session. Reputable training providers should be able to clarify their protocol for handling such situations. Visit the facility or training venue if possible, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance arrangements before committing to a programme.
