One of the best clinic experience I ever had. Went on a Saturday evening (5pm) and the receptionist was kind and polite. As I had swollen feet, she even came over to pass me my NRIC. I really appreciate the kind gesture and the service. 🙏🏽 The doctor is very patient in explaining the situation and gave very timely advices on the recovery process. It was a very informative. I recommend the clinic to anyone who wish to experience a good visit. Well done! 👍🏽 🫡

A week earlier I was experiencing symptoms similar to gastroenteritis, and as my usual doctor was closed I decided to head to this clinic to seek help. The locum doctor on duty was not only unhelpful, but proceeded to brush my concerns away and diagnosed me as being lactose intolerant with possible gastritis, despite me telling him that I was experiencing diarrhoea, which was not a typical lactose intolerance symptom for me. He even asked about my period, which left me confused as I never had doctors ask me about this when I had gastroenteritis. After acting on his advice and medication, my symptoms worsened in the night. I nearly blacked out due to 5 times of diarrhoea which occurred immediately within 15 mins and descended into vomiting, which was the only thing that helped to ease my utter misery. I returned the next day to see another doctor, who turned out to be Dr Tam. She provided timely advice and a correct diagnosis, along with medications which brought relief. When I showed her the gastric medications that were provided by the first doctor, she confirmed that they were not suitable for my current condition, and that it would worsen my gastroenteritis. We inquired about the previous doctor with the receptionist and asked for his name, but she said that she could not give us his name for privacy reasons. She would instead pass our feedback to the main doctor instead and that they would call us. It has been nearly a week and I haven't received any response. Hence I am leaving this review as my prior experience has been terrible, and also because of the lack of response from the main doctor.

My previous experience was really good. The doctor was Dr Hu Gan, Locum. He was attentive and sincerely concern. Gave good tips on my condition too. My experience today with Dr Daniel Yin is quite different. There were less than 3 patients in the clinic, no one after me but he was fast and furious, started asking questions after the patient opens the door, before they even sit down. No empathy. Speaks really fast too, had to ask him to repeat his sentence a few times. For future visits, it would be good to ask which doctor is in first.

Always our family's go to clinic even when we live many2 blks away. The resident doctor is caring and genuine, takes real care for her patients. Always fast service too. Meds are also compatible and suitable for us. Price is normal $25 for short consultation. 30 for long. Quite ok la. Clinic is clean too.
