We had a wonderful experience working with Winnie from Icon Interior Design. She has a great eye for design and was able to quickly grasp what we were looking for in our new home. One of the first things that attracted us was the previous projects she did that we referenced, as well as the quotation she provided—it was comprehensive, reasonable, and transparent, with no hidden costs. Throughout the process, Winnie was extremely patient and even followed up with us to give advice on furniture and accessories selection to ensure everything matched the overall look of the house. She was efficient, responsible, and worked closely to meet the timeline. We also really appreciated how thorough she was in ensuring that defects were properly rectified, even after the renovation was completed. The 3D renderings provided were very close to how the house turned out in real life, which gave us great confidence moving forward. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we truly enjoyed working with Winnie to build our new home. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Chief Designer Winnie from Icon Interior as an exceptional interior designer. She is very experienced and her leadership in managing her team was excellent. Winnie is professional, patient, and provides valuable input that greatly enhanced our project. Her meticulous attention to detail and efficiency ensured high-quality work in every aspect. Winnie consistently delivered on time and went above and beyond, even assisting to keep a close watch with jobs by other outsource company. She also went the extra mile in helping us choose furniture that perfectly fit our space. Every detail of our home was executed flawlessly. Moreover, Winnie is very responsive; she replies to messages promptly, even on her rest days, ensuring smooth communication throughout the project. [10-Nov] 2 weeks passed. Fabrication still not started despite numerous chasing. Worse is while we discuss wardrobe fabrication, I am now told wardrobe needs to be sliding door and both wardrobes in the room are of different look! One remains as open door (curved) and the other revised to sliding door. Icon, can someone reach out to me please? I need prompt help. [Oct] My home is still being renovated. Sharing my experience & observations so far & will update again after Reno completes 1) Engaged the firm 4 months in advance from Reno start date. 2) I felt the design fall short of understanding what client wants right at the beginning of the project. Comparing to another ID - I’ve learned later that another ID have a process where they would start to work on the look & feel of living area for 2 months - and progress to rest of the house after getting the look and feel right. 3) I need to do a lot of chasing and close follow/up on many areas of the project. For 3D renders, details can be missed out quite often. On a positive note, it is handled positively and although very draggy - ID still provides what you require in terms of 3D except very tedious and long wait 4) My guess is due to one Id handling multiple projects - as design work do require focus and dedicated time 5) Despite site visit at the planning phase, details can be missed out resulting in changes to agreed 3D 6) I’m now at the execution/renovation phase and am still waiting for updated 3Ds due to requirements missed out (materials requirement , usage and storage requirement) 7) planned fabrication carpentry date is rescheduled to 1-2 weeks later. It is planned for Nov but I’ve yet to discussed on carpentry interior storage requirements Hope the above points help others to review which IDs suit your need. This is my 3rd move this was unlike the experience i had in my first 2 reno where prior to actual reno, we already settled all carpentry requirements Will update again when Reno is done

Thank you Wayne and Dino for completing our home renovations on time. They understood our requirements and were able to solve our design requests with creative suggestions. They also provided prompt rectifications when requests for their help arose after handover.

Engaged this firm for a major reno. Even after a delayed move-in, multiple quality problems kept coming up, including but not exclusively: major leakages in the kitchen even down the light point and cooking hood, flooding in one of the rooms because of leakage from the new window, leakage from backyard doors leading to disintegration of the walls/ceiling. It has only been 2 weeks since move-in as I write this. Wrote to firm asking for prompt attention and plan of resolution, and also for project manager to oversee the workers instead of myself having to supervise while I am also working. No response from the company. I will let the photos and videos speak for themselves
