When the team arrived to install the aircon, they were warm, diligent, and displayed a high level of integrity throughout the entire process. Even though my installation was only a system-1, they sent a team of 4 (Yong/Fu/Chai/Sethu) who were all punctual and ready to get to work. What really impressed me was when we ran into a tricky situation with my flat's unique layout, which caused the job to overrun time.
