About iKare Home Care
iKare Home Care is a senior meal delivery service operating islandwide from its base at 7 Jln Kilang, Singapore. It has been verified by KakiList, meaning a real person confirmed its operating details and contact channel. It holds a 5/5 rating across 23 Google reviews — a moderate sample that provides a reasonable early signal of service quality, though parents and families should seek further assurance given the absence of ACRA registration and regulatory licences on file. Pricing sits in the mid-range ($$) and specific package costs should be confirmed directly with the provider.
For families arranging meal support for an elderly relative, the typical starting point is a call or enquiry form to establish the senior's dietary requirements, portion preferences, and any medical considerations such as low-sodium, diabetic-friendly, or puréed textures. Coverage is islandwide, so it is worth confirming delivery windows and frequency — whether daily, on selected days, or as part of a recurring schedule — as well as whether meals are delivered chilled for reheating or arrive hot. Families with multiple caregiving decision-makers should align on the plan before committing, and it is worth asking whether the service can coordinate with an existing home care or nursing arrangement.
Contact iKare Home Care via phone or the enquiry form to confirm current menu options, delivery slots, and pricing before placing an order.

My mum has completed almost 2 rounds of sessions with iKare. I really appreciate the genuine and caring support from the team. The cognitive activities, physical exercises and social interaction have been very helpful for my mum ! :)
We recently enrolled my mum into the iKare Spark Dementia Therapy. My mum now finds interacting with big groups of people tiring and has difficulty in carrying out meaningful conversations during such times. However, this is what she has to say about her sessions with her therapist … “I think Andy’s programme is very stimulating and very focused. After each SPARK session, I feel confident, improved and alert. Andy is most interesting during our conversations. I appreciate his 1:1 attention and listening ear, when I reminisce and share my past.” Thank you, Andy, for the personalised Care Plans for her and the Post Sessions Report which offers meaningful feedback after each session.
I have engaged Ikare Spark Program for my mum since January. She is enjoying her 1-1 session with the therapist, Iris twice a week. We are unable to stop dementia but we can try to slow down the process with some cognitive training activities and engagement program. My mum doesn't like to interact with big group of people. This 1-1 session homecare service works well on her. Thank you for the Ikare team who is patient and experienced in selecting the right therapist for my mum, thank you.
I started to engage Ikare services for my elder brother in May 2025 upon his discharged from hospital & community care. My bro suffered from early stage of dementia and we could see changes in his behaviour such as memory loss, disorientate, mood swing and also lost interest in most activities. Simply just eat & sleep. I stumble upon Ikare Dementia Spark Therapy from internet and decided to give it a try. After 1st trial, I decided to sign up this therapy for my brother and so far I could see a positive change in my brother behaviour. He has enjoyed every sessions and now becoming more alert and more engage in the activities. Our care therapist is Iris and she is very jovial, patient and professional and my bro enjoy the interaction with Iris and also the different customise games and activities. A big thank you to Iris our therapist and Phyllis Care Manager and also Daniel (BD) too who had provided us excellent support and always there to help. I strongly recommend IKare Spark Dementia Therapy to anyone who would like to help your loved one who are suffering from dementia. Though dementia can't be reverse or cure but we hope with proper care and therapy by professionals, we can slow down progression of dementia and provide some quality moments for them. Thank You Ikare Team.
I have been recommended by SGH dimentia dept and had been using ikare service since 28 Nov 2023. We are glad to have Ms Iris to attend to my mum for dimentia treatment in the beginning, she had been very patient and her lively spirit had always been able to stimulate my mum's spontaneous respond. We have further engaged Ms Iris after my mum was admitted to Assisi Hospie on the days to relieve my helper and with her company and encouragement, my mum was able to return home since May 2024. Till today, Ms Iris is still coming for an hour short session for 2 times a week to divert my mum attention and keep her happy. I greatly appreciate both the Admin team n Ms Iris for their services.

iKare Home Care prices itself in the mid-range ($$), but specific per-meal or package rates are not publicly listed and should be confirmed directly with the provider. When enquiring, ask for the full cost picture: the base meal price, any delivery surcharge by area or distance, minimum order requirements, and whether there are discounts for weekly or monthly recurring orders. Also confirm whether government-subsidised meal programmes — such as those administered through AIC-linked social service agencies — are accepted, as eligible seniors may be able to offset some costs. iKare Home Care specialises in meal delivery for seniors rather than live-in or visit-based personal care. Its scope is therefore focused on nutrition support — delivering prepared meals to the senior's home on a scheduled basis — rather than hands-on caregiving, medical assistance, or companionship services. For families who need both meal support and personal care, iKare Home Care's meal delivery can complement a separate home care or nursing arrangement. Confirm delivery frequency, available meal types (including any medically tailored options), and the process for pausing or adjusting the service if the senior's needs change.
iKare Home Care is a meal delivery service rather than a care staffing agency, so the question of caregiver training is less directly applicable. However, it is reasonable to ask about the food preparation team's hygiene training and whether the kitchen or catering operation holds an SFA Food Shop or Catering Licence, as meals for seniors — particularly those with swallowing difficulties or medical dietary needs — carry additional food safety responsibilities. No regulatory licences are currently listed on the KakiList profile. Families should ask directly about food safety certifications, delivery staff conduct, and whether the service carries public liability insurance before committing to a regular arrangement.
