Came to PangPang to celebrate one of our good friends' birthday! We were pleasantly surprised by the clean interior and efficient service. The restaurant was modern and atmosphere was busy but comfortable. We had a good time catching up with each other with good food all around. Drinks selection are quite limited to soft drinks and teas but they were not bad. Base of the pots which are chicken feet by default can be changed to potatoes as well for those that do not eat chicken feet!

PangPang is certainly overrated! I ordered pork rib pot with additional frog leg but unfortunately it is just an unpleasant experience. The pork rib quality is subpar and does not justify the steep price. The sauces is rather average. The frog legs are well beyond overcooked. The toughness is comparable to chicken meat tbh. The pot does contain the most potato but it is a very heartbroken thing when they dont even bother to use good potatos. Lemon tea is good of pictures and all, but the amount of ice is too extreme, to the extent that my straw cant even enter. Rice is well cooked actually and I do enjoy it. Overall, great disappointment and the experience goes greatly below my expectation. Not recommended.

The crab is fresh and easy to eat and have 50% promotion for second pot.We ordered a pot adequate to share with 4 pax for small bite. The sauce will taste good with rice.Overall the service is fast we are able to take away the drinks as we are unable to finish.

Came here for late lunch with friends with their Signature Crab Pot and some side dishes. The Crab Pot itself taste so good and not a simple stir fried sauce or dry pot sauce, it tastes like it's cooked with crab broth. The ingredients in the pot is very generous and good for 4 pax although recommended is 2-3pax, YOU WOULDN'T WANT TO MISSED THE GRAVY WITH RICE! Side dishes are decent too, with basic standard met in taste. Another amazing one is their signature lemon tea, so rich and flavorful which is the best (personal preference) so far I had!

Tried it based on someone's recommendation, google reviews seemed very promising too, but to be honest I don't quite get it. It was a good start, the entrées like the kou shui ji and the smashed cucumber were really good, but when the main (crab pot) arrived, I must say I'm not impressed. Firstly, it seems like the heating system is not adequate. After 30 mins of waiting, most if the food aside from the bottom of the middle is still cold. Staff wasn't quite helpful and I think they got annoyed after 3 round of changing the lighting fuel. The dish itself is very salty and tasted kinda artificial, also I think what's included in the pot doesn't quite match the price tag, definitely left me quite unsatisfied. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the experience and am unlikely to visit again, with the amount you pay I'm sure you'll be able to find much better crab in Singapore.
