We engaged Harris Lam from Inspire ID for our home renovation and are extremely pleased with the experience. Harris Lam, was casual and stood out from the very first meeting. Harris was genuinely patient and took the time to truly understand our needs. He has a strong ability to visualise ideas and translate our requirements into practical and tasteful design. He also suggested materials that would match what we had in mind. Although not the cheapest, InspireID’s pricing was reasonable and transparent. The workmanship by the subcontractors was very good. Issues, if any, were handled promptly and responsibly. Harris did not push us away, instead he worked with us and tried his best to rectify it. Overall, it was a smooth and reassuring journey, and we are very happy with the final outcome. We would definitely recommend Inspire ID and Harris Lam to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy interior designer.

We recently completed our renovation with Inspire ID Oscar Ling and overall it was a pleasant experience. Oscar was responsive and took the time to understand our own design plan & requirements, offering practical suggestions that worked within our space and budget. The renovation progressed not only steadily but super efficiently ( probably fell into the 7th month) and any issues that arose were communicated and addressed along the way. The final outcome meets our expectations and suits our daily living needs well. Thank you to the team for the effort and coordination throughout the renovation journey. I had a great experience at this renovation event! The Reno Master explained everything in such an easy and friendly way that even complicated renovation topics suddenly made sense. I definitely learned a lot more than I expected. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The designers were approachable, the promotions were attractive, and there were plenty of gifts to enjoy. I also loved checking out the different products on display — especially the aluminium kitchen cabinet, which looked both modern and practical. Overall, it was a fun and informative event, and I’m glad I made the time to attend.
