I participated the 6 days WSQ Microsoft Excel Basic level from (30/Dec/25 to 03/Feb/26), led by Steven Lee for the first 4 lessons and Mrs Foo for the last 2 lessons. Although it was a little hard to grasp the lessons at the beginning for a newcomer like me, he was attentive and answered every questions I asked to clear any doubts I had. He also emphasise to first time learners to practice alot during free time by familiarizing with the UI layout, different types of chart, how to use AI tools to work hand in hand with Excel formulas etc. Mrs Foo was also patient, cleared any doubts the students had and guided the class through revision day and final exam day. It was an interesting learning experience for a newcomer into the world of Microsoft Excel. Now I need to find the motivation for Excel Intermediate & Advance level.

Highly recommend for anyone looking to learn new courses. The training coordinators are all friendly and will send you email reminders and guides for applying the claims / course. Took the course Fundamentals of Bookkeeping & Accounting and was hesitant since I have no prior accounting background. But huge thanks to Ms.Cheryl for her excellent teaching and knowledge, the class was easy to follow and she makes the class vibe engaging and friendly.
