Interior File Pte Ltd Over the years working as an Interior Designer, I have recommended Interior File to my clients/ friends and have since worked with Louis & Karen together on multiple projects. Louis and the design team are very professional, experienced, creative and very willing to share/ exchange ideas. Karen the Project Manager always makes sure that the renovation runs smoothly, from coming up with project schedules, arranging works with all the sub-contractors and sending updates on the renovation progress. When we got our own place last year, we decided right away that Interior File is the team we wanted to engage and work with. We went through the design details, colour and material selections and site briefings. Like every other renovation project, minor site problems along the way are expected, but we r very happy with how the team worked together objectively to resolve the issues. As Interior File has its own carpentry factory, they have full quality control of the cabinetry. The finishing and workmanship of the cabinets is excellent. I highly recommend Interior File!

I would rate 10 stars if Google allows. I was lucky enough to engage boss Louis for my salon. Great advise and design so I let him do his magic. End results were so close to what's on the mood board. Far exceeded my expectations. Amazing team here. Louis takes a lot of pride in his work. Own in-house carpentry here in Singapore makes a lot of difference. Anything can be done on the fly, (unlike some that sub contract the job out to 3rd party in Malaysia). Whole salon was completed in under 3wks. It was totally empty to start with. Carpentry, electrical, plumbing and flooring gotta do from scratch. Design was amazing Workmanship was amazing. Time management was amazing. Overall experience was amazing. Stress free. Highly recommended. I will be back.

bruh can y’all please get your people to stop drilling EVERY SINGLE DAY??? Update: week 3 and still drilling 👍🏻 I hesitated giving this review but this needs to be done or else there is no awareness to what is happening when one uses this company. A neighbor who lives below me employed this company for their month-long renovation of their apartment. It’s been a week and a half and whichever contractor they’ve hired to renovate the place has been hacking and drilling non-stop throughout the day. They’re not truthful about when they’re doing extensive work to the house which quite frankly, is pissing off the whole block of residents, a few floors above and below them. The noise is so stark and loud and those of us who work at home can’t do our work because of this annoying renovation/renovator. The sign on our notice board just reads “Hacking TBD”. What kind of company is this? No time frame of when tasks should be accomplished, renovators causing a nuisance to fellow residents. And to top it all off the contractors smoke incessantly near the air-conditioning ledge so they don’t get caught be security (our bin chute caught fire the other time). When hiring a company to do up your teeny-tiny apartment, bear in mind that it’s not only about their designs that matter, but it’s also about HOW they’re executing the project that is critical too. Please don’t be annoying to your fellow neighbors!!! There are still plenty of people in Singapore who didn’t go overseas for their vacation. Have you ever considered that some of us are even coming BACK HOME to Singapore for our break in the first place? Can’t believe I’m spending my puny vacation time just to go back to this side of the world and to the comfort of my home only to be assailed by this noise 🤦🏻‍♀️ (And also we live in a condo, why on earth would you want to re-do your apartment like you live in a house or a flat? 🤔 Do you seriously need all that work? And if so, you ought to question why they’re so inefficient in the first place.)

i’ve engaged louis from interior file on a few occasions already and he’s the one i keep recommending to people when they talk about renovation. his team’s workmanship is great and you can tell that they take pride in their work. even post renovation, louis does not just disappear but still helps to do minor touch ups whenever i reach out to him.
