About International Medical Clinic Jelita
International Medical Clinic Jelita is a general practice clinic located at Holland Piazza in the Jelita area, serving patients across Singapore. The clinic holds a 4.6/5 rating across 112 Google reviews, which represents a robust sample and provides a reliable indication of patient experience. Pricing is positioned in the mid-range for a private GP clinic. No regulatory licences are currently listed in the KakiList record, and ACRA registration has not been confirmed; patients are advised to verify the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence and the consulting doctor's SMC registration directly before attending.
As a private GP clinic, International Medical Clinic Jelita operates outside the polyclinic subsidy pathway, meaning consultations are self-pay at private rates (typically S$25–60 for a GP visit, with investigations billed separately). Patients with Integrated Shield Plans should check whether their insurer covers outpatient GP visits under their specific plan terms. For chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, or lipid disorders, the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) allows MediSave withdrawal of up to S$700 per year for qualifying outpatient treatment at registered providers — confirm with the clinic whether it participates in CDMP before your visit. The clinic is reachable by phone or contact form, and the Holland Piazza location is accessible from the Holland Village area.
To book an appointment or check waiting times, call the clinic directly or submit an enquiry via the contact form on their listing — phone contact is the fastest route for same-day or urgent consultations.
Verify the doctor's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the clinic's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned procedure request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
Excellent experience. Efficient and professional. I couldn’t see apt online so called IMC apt line and their patient service officer managed to squeezed me in. Nothing too much trouble. Amazing experience from start to finish. I saw Dr Chin with my daughter. Brilliant consult, made my teenage daughter feel at ease throughout. Dr chin is attentive and very knowledgeable. Explained everything and followed up with results via email and phone calls. Well done IMC HV
It has always been a wonderful experience being able to book appointments quickly and conveniently for myself and my family. The Holland Village staff are fantastic — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. They are especially great with my children, helping them feel comfortable and at ease, even when it’s time for their annual flu shots. All of the doctors we’ve seen have been excellent — professional, caring, and attentive. We’re truly grateful to have IMC in Holland Village and highly recommend them to any family looking for a reliable and compassionate medical clinic.
I visited the clinic in need of an EpiPen. Although it was a Sunday and the Doctor(Dr Hina Kadwani) had already finished her shift, she made time to meet with me to provide a prescription. The nurses and chemist then quickly provided the EpiPen and I left the clinic within 30 minutes of my unscheduled visit. The staff were polite, efficient and professional and I would recommend IMC to anyone.
I have nothing but great things to say about IMC. The entire staff is, without fail, always friendly and interactive. From the moment you walk in you feel like you are welcomed and your needs are listened to with the proper attention given. Typically going to the doctor is not a "fun" experience but they indeed do their best to make it enjoyable. Not to mention it is incredibly time efficient with low wait times for your appointment. I cannot thank them enough for taking such great care of me!
I recently had my health check at International Medical Clinic (Holland Village) and it was a really great experience. Dr. Chin was thorough and competent. She took the time to walk me through everything, connected it back to my past results, and gave me practical input on a few lifestyle risk factors. The nursing team from welcoming me at the reception to taking body measurements and blood samples was super friendly, and the whole clinic just feels welcoming and calm. They even booked a specialist appointment for me right away and managed to do so for my preferred time slot which was leas than 24h later. Couldn’t ask for better care.

As a private GP clinic, International Medical Clinic Jelita charges at private rates. A standard GP consultation typically runs S$25–60, with follow-up visits sometimes slightly lower. Investigations are billed on top: a basic blood panel runs S$60–200, a urine test S$15–40, and an X-ray S$80–150 depending on the view. Prescriptions are charged per item. GST applies on private medical services. There is no subsidised rate here — unlike a polyclinic, there is no means-tested subsidy at a private GP. For any planned investigations or procedures, ask for a written estimate that splits the consultation fee, diagnostic costs, and prescription charges before proceeding. No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or SMC registration currently appears in the KakiList record for International Medical Clinic Jelita. Every legitimate clinic operating in Singapore must hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act, and every practising doctor must appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg. Patients should verify both the clinic's MOH licence on the MOH licensee directory and the consulting doctor's SMC registration — including specialist accreditation if relevant — before attending. Neither the clinic licence alone nor the doctor's registration alone is sufficient confirmation; both should be checked. Contact the clinic directly to request these details if they are not displayed on-site or on their website.
Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally do not cover standard outpatient GP visits unless the plan includes an outpatient rider — check your specific policy terms with your insurer before attending. MediSave can be used for outpatient treatment of chronic conditions under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP), which covers conditions including hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, and selected mental health conditions, up to S$700 per year. Confirm with the clinic whether it is a registered CDMP provider before your visit. For any planned procedure or day surgery referred from this clinic, request a written financial counselling estimate that itemises the insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are surprised by their final bill.
