Excellent experience. Efficient and professional. I couldn’t see apt online so called IMC apt line and their patient service officer managed to squeezed me in. Nothing too much trouble. I visited the clinic in need of an EpiPen. Although it was a Sunday and the Doctor(Dr Hina Kadwani) had already finished her shift, she made time to meet with me to provide a prescription. She took the time to walk me through everything, connected it back to my past results, and gave me practical input on a few lifestyle risk factors. The nursing team from welcoming me at the reception to taking body measurements and blood samples was super friendly, and the whole clinic just feels welcoming and calm. They even booked a specialist appointment for me right away and managed to do so for my preferred time slot which was leas than 24h later. Couldn’t ask for better care.
