When enquiring about boarding, it is worth sharing your pet's size, breed, and temperament upfront, as these factors can affect suitability and placement. Bring a copy of your pet's vaccination records when you get in touch, as proof of current vaccinations is standard practice for boarding facilities in Singapore. If you are using Inugoya for the first time, ask whether a trial visit or familiarisation session is available so your pet can adjust to the new environment before a longer stay. Clarify the drop-off and collection process, feeding routines, and how the team handles pets that may be anxious or unwell during their stay.
To get started, reach out to Inugoya Pte Ltd via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form — WhatsApp is often the fastest route for sharing your pet's details and arranging a suitable boarding date.

We boarded our pet corgi at Inugoya for five nights in Feb26 and knew that we made the right choice. The Inugoya team was meticulous and detail-oriented, listening to our instructions and concerns. Their constant status updates made us assured that our pet dog was in good hands and enjoying herself. The environment was clean and welcoming and daily walks were done. Our corgi definitely had a blast and made many new friends. Thank you again to the team for such great service and taking good care of our doggie!
Papito had an absolutely wonderful experience with Inugoya. From the moment we in dropped him off, the team made us feel completely at ease. They provided regular updates with photos and messages, which gave us such peace of mind knowing our Papito was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. The staff are genuinely caring and attentive, treating the animals as if they were their own. It’s clear that they truly love what they do. The environment is warm, clean, and well-maintained, and Papito settled in beautifully. We especially appreciated that they took Papito for daily walks, kept him active, and ensured he continued his routine just like at home. They provided personalised care tailored to his needs and personality, making sure he felt secure and at home. We are beyond grateful to the team for always accommodating Papito last minute and making each stay a positive experience for him. The level of service and dedication here is truly worth every penny. We couldn’t be more grateful to the entire team for making this such a positive and stress-free experience. We will definitely be returning, and I highly recommend Inugoya to any pawrents looking for a safe and loving home away from home for their fur babies.
INUGOYA’s team is amazing, they are truly attentive to Dash and update us frequently. Should there be any issue out of the norm, they highlight to us immediately for us to make a decision on how we want to manage the situation. Their love for our pets are genuine and we trust them with the care of Dash. He has stayed with them for boarding as well as daycare. Shout out to Derek and his team for giving us peace of mind when Dash is with them! 🫶🏼😍
We’ve placed our dog, Dingo, at Inugoya for daycare, boarding and grooming several times now and we have been very satisfied with their services. The place itself is very well-maintained and clean, but most importantly the staff there are caring towards our pup (regularly playing with him and even hand-feeding him when he is fussy with food). They are very responsive and send regular photo and video updates throughout the day. We also appreciate that they bring him for regular walks, and let the dogs play with each other under supervision (they group them by temperament and size to ensure a safe and fun experience for all the pups). We usually have a lot of anxiety leaving our pup at boarding places but not with Inugoya! We always feel Dingo is safe and happy there.
Our boarding experience for Boba was with Inugoya for close to two weeks, and we were honestly pretty anxious since it was his first and longest time away from us. Inugoya were super accommodating with our requests, and we also did daycare and a trial boarding first to see how he’d adjust. During both the trial and main stay, they gave regular updates on his food intake, took him out for consistent walks, and shared plenty of photos/videos. From the playtime clips, Boba clearly had a blast and got along well with the other dogs. We also really appreciated the thoughtful extras; a complimentary bath after he spilled water on himself, and an adorable Christmas sock with gifts inside. We had a peaceful trip knowing he was well cared for. We shall definitely consider leaving him under their care again when we travel.

Most reputable boarding facilities in Singapore require dogs to be vaccinated against DHPP (distemper, hepatitis, parvovirus, and parainfluenza) and to hold a valid rabies vaccination. Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccination is also commonly required for boarding and daycare environments where dogs are in close contact. For cats, the FVRCP combination vaccine is the standard requirement. Vaccinations are typically expected to have been administered within the past 12 months, and you will usually need to present documentary proof — such as a vaccination card from your vet — at drop-off. Contact Inugoya Pte Ltd directly to confirm their specific vaccination policy before your pet's stay.
Pet boarding facilities in Singapore are required to hold a licence issued by the Animal and Veterinary Service (AVS), a cluster of the National Parks Board. This listing does not currently record an AVS licence for Inugoya Pte Ltd, so prospective customers are advised to ask the provider directly to confirm their AVS boarding licence number before drop-off. It is also worth asking whether the facility carries insurance that covers veterinary costs or liability in the event a pet is injured or falls ill during its stay. Reputable boarding providers will be transparent about both their licensing status and their protocol for handling medical incidents. Visit the facility, check the vaccination policy, and confirm insurance before drop-off.
