Came in to review the clinic but not sure why there are quite a few bad reviews—my experience here was fast, smooth, and completely stress-free. The clinic is clean, and everything felt well-run and organized. Dr. Goh was excellent—very kind, easy to talk to, and explained everything clearly without rushing. My son really enjoyed talking to him as well; the doctor made him feel comfortable and at ease throughout the consultation. I also appreciated that I never felt rushed, as Dr. Goh took the time to listen and address all my concerns thoroughly. The Chinese clinic assistant was very kind and patient. She helped with registration and clearly knows her job well, answering all my questions about the medicines dispensed for my child. What stood out most was how caring and gentle she was with my son, making the whole experience pleasant and reassuring. Had a very positive experience and I felt well taken care of. Maybe others just had bad luck, or are more demanding? But for me, everything went perfectly.

The Chinese receptionist had very poor attitude. I had a fever and dizziness (can't see properly), numbness of externalities and pulsating pain in the back of the head. I requested if I can see the doctor earlier. She retorted that that would require Express Lane and need more money. I can understand if queue management meant that my visit cannot be brought forward by 1 patient. But what was odd was that a person who earlier missed their turned was given priority and allowed to see the doctor ahead of the rest who had been queuing. On the basis that equity is found wanting in the prioritisation of patients, I don't think this is correct

Stated closing time at 1pm. Came at 11.40am to be told they closed and reopen at 6pm. Too crowded for a small clinic. Come early face a long queue and come slightly later they close queue.

The Chinese reception is poor attitude , 12.22 pm they do not want to slot my child for see doctor , say close at 1pm now crowded, say before come should call , I just pick up my son after school take grab come this clinic and is waste my time and money !if you got this guideline please write on your google platform ! I normally don’t post reviews for GP appointments but do feel that this one was warranted. Two days ago, I contracted a stomach bug and was in so much pain that I was quite surprised I didn’t faint on the way to the clinic and let alone in the waiting room. When I got there, the clinic was rather small and looked like it was run by only a 2-person team. The seating area was a tad cramped and uncomfortable but when you’re sick everything feels (or is conspiring to be) uncomfortable. The receptionist was very gentle and patient with me which I’m grateful for. I felt that she was genuinely concerned that I was in so much pain. Though the wait felt long, when I finally saw the attending physician, Dr John-Paul, he got straight to the point and did a thorough examination and diagnosed me accurately and was comprehensive with his prescription. Long story short: everything worked well and I made full recovery in just 3 days! I’ve had stomach bugs in the past and I’ve never had such a short recovery time such as this. Just want to say thank you to the team :)
