I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by one of your clinic staff, Aisha. I called the clinic one week after my 1-year-old daughter received her MMR and Varicella vaccination as she had been suffering from constipation for two days and was clearly in discomfort. As any concerned parent would, I wanted to know whether this could be a common side effect. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, Aisha cut me off rudely, stating that “everyone is an individual” and that the clinic “cannot guarantee or confirm” if it was vaccine-related — said in a very dismissive tone. When I politely asked if she could clarify with the doctor or have the doctor return my call, she dismissed my request entirely, telling me that the doctor does not do phone calls. What was most upsetting was the complete lack of empathy. My concerns as a worried mother were brushed off, and there was no effort to reassure, explain, or offer any alternative solution. This is unacceptable, especially in a medical setting dealing with infants and anxious parents. I was honest in telling her that her customer service was very poor. Coming from a patient service background, this is absolutely not how patients’ or next-of-kin concerns should be handled. Frontline staff represent the clinic, and professionalism and compassion should be non-negotiable. I strongly urge Dr Goh and Dr Tan to review the service quality of their staff and assess whether they are suitable to be in a frontline role. Parents deserve to be treated with respect, understanding, and basic courtesy when seeking medical advice for their children.

I visited the clinic at 8:40am for a cut on the hand shortly after it opened. The doctor hadn’t arrived yet, so I registered and was given a queue number. No one assessed my injury; the staff were focused on registration, which I understand, but it felt a bit dismissive not to even glance at the wound. After waiting about 30 minutes and feeling increasing discomfort, I asked if I could be seen earlier. I was told I’d need to pay an extra $50 to skip the queue, which was honestly quite baffling. I wasn’t trying to jump the line unnecessarily, just genuinely concerned about how long it would take to get medical attention as I wanted to avoid complications from waiting too long. I was experiencing increasing discomfort, had waited patiently, and was actively seeking medical help. It was frustrating and disappointing to be met with what felt like a paywall for urgent care. I finally saw the doctor an hour after that. He was professional and helpful. He cleaned the wound and referred me to A&E for further care, as he suspected it might be more serious. I was told that I needed stitches, which only confirmed my concern that the injury should’ve been assessed earlier. I paid $54 for consultation and dressing. The doctor was great, but the front desk experience really left a poor impression. A bit more attentiveness and flexibility would’ve made a big difference.

My first time visiting here as I saw they have quite many brands of good medicine here! Highly recommended too as it’s open during Sunday morning, which some places we needed to see doctor on the weekend but most of the clinic is closed. Guess I have found my newly favorite clinic here! Thank you Dr Tan & team. 😊

Staying in this estate for more than a decade. First time I'm seeing Dr Seow at this clinic. And I do not recommend this Dr. I went in with a high fever of 38.7° and this Dr after listening to my symptoms and everything. Did not suggest what medicine to prescribe. Until I asked him, he told me "I AM ALSO THINKING" I've no idea how would a Dr respond to a high fever patient in this manner. Than I asked do you need to take my bp? He says no need. I asked do I have to take Blood test to rule out what infection it is? (This is the shocking part) He told me he have to call Dr Tan Wee Chuan to consult what are the possible treatments and what kind of test I should take. So he told us to leave the room, it's going to take 5mins for a phone call. Upon returning back to the room, I was told to take blood test and a urine test. However, he got a book, uses his bare hands to hold onto his forehead (as thou in doubts) and touching his untidy hair with the bare hands still flipping through the book again and again. It took 8mins to 10mins while I was left seated there feeling cold and helpless. Just to wait for him to settle his uncertainty of what he's unsure of. I asked, what is the next step after 5mins, he answered "I'm checking on the book what tube to use for your blood test." Once he is done, another shocking scene. "HE DID NOT SANITISE HIS HANDS" and he put on a blue glove to draw my blood. I'm shocked with this whole event from a doctor visit. After the whole consultation, Dr told me to take Perofen & Para 4hrly. With no Kaloba nothing prescribed to aid this unknown illness. I sincerely hope this brings awareness to the neighbourhood on how unprofessional this Dr Seow is.

This is my 2nd time visiting this clinic since I moved here 8 or 9 years ago. I was pleasantly surprised. Dr Tan Wee Chuan is a pleasure to speak to. He shows concern, explains clearly the possible issues and shares the different medical interventions I can consider. My wife swears by the clinic and I have never thought much about it. But I do know now why. Kudos to Dr Tan and team! I guess I have found a new family doctor!
