We would like to thank PK and his team for their excellent work on waterproofing for our house. Previously, the interior of the house suffered from water seepage before we commenced our renovation work. The situation got so much better after applying waterproofing and the rain water drained much smoother now. Kudos to the team and we loved the way it is now.

Great communication and very customer-oriented arrangement, over the weekend and late nights too to get the help. Thanks Eli. Service onsite was great and the repairs worked very well. Team was professional and helpful. Added in a few last minute fixtures and they were able to accommodate with quick turnaround. Also helped fix my toilet roll stand that was not part of scope and I didn't request for cos it was broken, which I really appreciated. They were also neat and cleaned up as they left. The ceiling re-patching work was perfect. Only thing to plan for is that sometimes a little late for appointments (30 mins tops), but only because of another extended appointment beforehand, and it's pretty common practice in industry as far as I've seen.

Called several highly recommended electrician to fix garden lights . Some said don’t do outdoor lights, while others quote ridiculous price without checking . ISO team was prompt in response and on time for appointment . The team were very thorough and detailed . They went through the trouble of checking and confirming all wire sources even when the original problem was identified . Very impress with their professional attitude . Prices were reasonable too for the work done and they don’t overcharge unnecessarily . Happy to have found reliable electricians !

I had been calling upon numerous Electrical companies / handymen since the past year to repair a precious pendant lamp in office but all failed. Interior designer shipped transformer from Netherlands didn’t work too. Happened to bumped into ISO-Team Homecare on general Google search. The Admin person is highly responsive, 2 foreign electricians came same day of the call. They made great efforts to troubleshoot though i told them history of many failed attempts. They instantly recognized that a wrong transformer had been installed and confidently went out to purchase another, returned & fixed the lamp!!! Excellent!!! Greatly appreciate their efforts and expertise!!!
