Couples typically begin by reaching out via WhatsApp, phone, or the enquiry form to share their event date, venue, and broad vision. For wedding services — whether covering ROM solemnisation, the wedding banquet, tea ceremony, or a combination — it is worth discussing dialect-group customs early, as Hokkien, Teochew, and Cantonese traditions each carry specific ceremonial requirements. Confirm the full scope of each package in writing, including what is covered versus billed as an add-on, the deposit required on signing (typically 30–50%), and the balance schedule leading up to the event. Lead time for popular wedding dates — particularly Saturdays in March, April, October, and November — can run six to twelve months, so early enquiry is advisable.
Contact ith Rings Singapore via WhatsApp or the enquiry form with your wedding date, venue, and preferred services to receive a detailed package breakdown and check date availability.
Lock in the date with a written contract and deposit, confirm the public liability insurance and any HDB / condo / hotel venue paperwork, and put the deliverables, balance schedule, and rescheduling policy in writing.
My fiancée & I came to ith upon a friend’s recommendation. Alicia was our concierge at ith Singapore, she handled our queries very patiently & in great detail regarding the design/personalisation process, the diamond sizes & recommendations that best fit our idea! Alicia even helped me to arrange for a pick up in Japan since I was flying there. They even prepared & sent me some photo shots of the rings! Alicia was overall a very professional concierge and my fiancée & I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at ith ❤️
A lovely personalised experience here compared to walking to a retail jewellery store in the malls. Staff Chai gave us a wonderful service, guiding us through and helping us understand our preferences (from the type of metal, type of texture, ring shapes) without us feeling pressure to make an immediate decision. We have a comfortable space to explore, to think, and to decide what do we really like. Recommend people to drop by ith because the service is exceptional.
We had a lovely time with ith rings. Chai really took the time to understand our preferences and we came out of the consultations with rings we didn't expect to be getting from the onset. The consultations were very personalised and so thoughtful. The rings came out so beautiful, we're just so impressed by the craftsmanship and detail. Would totally recommend for anyone who just loves something artisanal with so much character.
Visited Ith to explore potential wedding bands and we walked away with our minds set on it. The experience we had with Chun Yit was great. We were both given a tray each to shortlist the rings we liked and given the opportunity to try different ring types, colours and explore with the textures. Appreciated that Chun Yit was knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. It was a really fun process. Loved how he was equally excited as we were about the ring! Though the cost is on a steeper end, it was worth every cent for its service and the quality of the workmanship. Definitely recommend any couple looking for wedding bands to visit Ith - they are very detailed in the choosing process and offer a variety of ring time.
We have in mind the band we wished to have - Mobius Uno, based on the research we did on ITH's website. The story, the meaning all are perfect. Claire, our ring concierge was helpful and knowledgeable. We learned a few tips about ITH, ring, and platinum material. A few weeks after we placed the order, she kept us posted of the status. When we received message from Claire about readiness for collection and confirmed the date works for us, Chai met me on behalf of Claire (as she was away in overseas). The knowledge and helpfulness of Chai was as consistent as Claire. Thank you so much, both.

ith Rings Singapore prices its wedding services on a package basis, with specific costs dependent on the scope and format of the engagement. As a reference, Singapore wedding photography full-day packages typically run S$2,500–6,000+, videography S$3,000–8,000+, and full event planning (excluding venue and food and beverage) S$5,000–25,000+. Decor and floral packages vary considerably by scale. When reviewing any package, confirm what is included: hours of coverage or service, number of deliverables, travel charge for non-central venues, deposit on signing, balance payment schedule, and GST treatment. Ask separately about add-ons that are commonly billed outside the headline price. See the full wedding services cost guide for Singapore →
For wedding services, six to twelve months ahead is the standard lead time for in-demand providers, particularly for popular Saturdays in March, April, October, and November, which fill earliest. If your date falls in a peak wedding season, enquiring at least nine to twelve months out gives you the best chance of securing availability. Once you have confirmed the date, a deposit — typically 30–50% of the package value — is required to hold it. Confirm at the time of booking whether the date is exclusively reserved upon receipt of the deposit, and ask about the rescheduling policy in case of unforeseen circumstances. Contact ith Rings Singapore as early as possible with your proposed date and venue to check availability.
The deposit — typically 30–50% of the agreed package — secures your date and covers planning or preparation time invested before the event. The balance is generally due one to two weeks before the wedding day. Confirm in writing what the deposit covers, whether any portion is refundable upon cancellation, and whether the amount can be transferred to a rescheduled date. It is also worth asking about the rescheduling policy in the event of a force-majeure situation and whether public liability insurance is held — some HDB void-deck, condominium function room, and hotel venues require vendors to provide a copy of their insurance certificate before setup. Get all terms — package inclusions, deliverables timeline, deposit and balance schedule, and rescheduling conditions — in writing before signing.
