About Jaga-Me Mobile Medical Home Care
Jaga-Me Mobile Medical Home Care is a mobile medical home care service operating islandwide across Singapore, listed under GP and primary care. KakiList has verified its operating details and contact channels. It holds a 4.4/5 rating across 83 Google reviews, a moderate sample that provides a reasonable indication of service quality. No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration appears in the provider's listed credentials, which is a material gap for a service delivering medical care in patients' homes — this has been flagged and prospective clients should verify directly with Jaga-Me before booking.
Mobile medical home care brings clinical consultations, nursing procedures, and allied health visits to the patient's residence, removing the need to travel to a clinic or hospital outpatient centre. For families arranging this type of service, the typical pathway begins with identifying the clinical need — whether a GP home visit for an acute illness, post-discharge wound care, medication review, or ongoing chronic disease management — and confirming that the attending clinician holds current SMC registration. A written care plan, including the scope of each visit, the clinician's name and credentials, and the fee schedule covering consultation, consumables, and any investigative add-ons, should be agreed before the first appointment. Enquiries can be made by phone or via the contact form on the provider's website.
As a concrete next step, call or submit the online enquiry form to confirm the clinical scope required, ask for the attending doctor's or nurse's name and SMC or AHPC registration number, request a written fee estimate that itemises the visit charge and any procedure or consumable costs, and clarify whether MediSave or an Integrated Shield Plan can be applied before committing to ongoing visits.

Verify the attending clinician's name on the Singapore Medical Council register and the service's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned programme of visits request a written care plan and fee estimate that itemises insurance payout, MediSave deduction, and out-of-pocket portions before paying any deposit.
We engaged Jaga-Me for their home health screening service at the comfort of our home. A big compliments to nurse fiona whom is very experience in taking blood as we had very traumatic experiences before as my veins are small and deep inside. But senior nurse Fiona managed to draw blood at the first try with no fuss and stress! Recommended!
My mum had a fall and we needed someone professional to do wound dressing for her. I’m glad I found Jaga-Me. Nurse Peik Joo Mah arrived 1.5 hours from the time I have reach out to the consultant and she has been nothing but amazing. She was patient with my mum and was very clear with the instructions and things needed to do for the subsequent days of dressing. Thank you so much for the assurance and great services provided.
Responsive during weekends, able to secure an appointment on Monday. However, dressing and cleaning of wound was done unprofessionally as the materials were already expired and hence, it was deemed as not required by the nurse. Considering this was a medical service provided to patients, this is very unethical and unprofessional. Tried with one appointment from them, just for cleaning of wound, this was a huge disappointment.
I am thoroughly impressed with the professionalism of Nurse Vivi from Jaga-me. She cared for my wife with an exceptional level of dedication, patience, and, most importantly, genuine compassion. She’s truly a breath of fresh air in the field of healthcare. Nurse Vivi not only provided top-notch care but also showed ingenuity by improvising certain tools to make our daily tasks easier. Her invaluable advice and practical tips made a significant difference in our daily routines. What sets her apart is her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care of. We are immensely grateful for her outstanding service and the genuine kindness she brought to our home.
We are glad that we found JagaMe. We were very fortunate to have Peik Joo who attended to my mom. My mom needed regular wound dressing change and Peik Joo is gentle and careful in her work. She also help us make regular appointments easily. There were days when Peik Joo was busy, her replacements are very nice, caring and patient too. The admin team were also very helpful in making appointments . A few times we had to make last minute changes due to my mom's conditions, JagaMe team were easy to reach and understanding in our requests for changes. Thank you very much everyone at Jaga-Me!

Mobile home visit fees are typically higher than clinic consultations because of travel time and the logistical cost of delivering care to the patient's address. In the Singapore private market, GP home visit fees generally run S$150–300 per visit, with nursing procedure visits (wound dressing, catheter care, IV therapy) ranging S$100–250 per session depending on complexity and consumables used. Investigations such as blood panels or point-of-care testing, if conducted on-site, are billed on top of the consultation fee. GST applies on private medical services. Any planned programme of visits — for example, weekly wound care or twice-weekly nursing support post-discharge — should be quoted with a written estimate that clearly separates the professional fee, consumables, and travel surcharge. Confirm whether MediSave or your Integrated Shield Plan covers any portion of the service before booking, and ask about the cancellation and rescheduling policy. Every legitimate private medical clinic or home care service delivering doctor-led care should hold an MOH Healthcare Services Licence under the Healthcare Services Act, verifiable on the MOH licensee directory. Every practising doctor must also appear on the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) public register at smc.gov.sg — search by name to confirm registration status and specialist accreditation. For nursing or allied health staff, the relevant register is the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) at healthprofessionals.gov.sg. No MOH Healthcare Services Licence or SMC registration is listed in Jaga-Me's current provider record on KakiList. This is a significant gap for a service delivering clinical care in patients' homes. Before booking, ask Jaga-Me directly for the MOH licence number and the full name and SMC registration number of the clinician who will attend — both should be provided without hesitation by a legitimate operator. Verify the doctor's name on the SMC register and the service's MOH Healthcare Services Licence before booking, and for any planned programme of visits request a written care plan and fee estimate that itemises each component.
MediSave use for outpatient home visits is limited. Under the MediSave 500/700 withdrawal framework, outpatient claims are capped at S$500 per year for general conditions, rising to S$700 per year for conditions covered under the Chronic Disease Management Programme (CDMP) — which includes hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidaemia, stroke, asthma, COPD, and selected mental health conditions, among others. Certain nursing procedures and home palliative care may qualify for separate MediSave claim pathways; confirm eligibility with Jaga-Me directly. Integrated Shield Plans (IPs) layered on MediShield Life generally cover inpatient and day-surgery stays rather than outpatient home visits, but some IP riders include outpatient or home care benefits — check your policy documents or call your insurer before assuming coverage. For any planned ongoing programme, request a written financial estimate from Jaga-Me that separates out-of-pocket costs from any claimable portions, and obtain pre-authorisation from your insurer in writing if the plan suggests a home care benefit applies. Skipping this step is the most common reason patients are surprised by their final bill.
