Stay away. 100% money-minded attitude. The school refused to let my kid take her grading exam(with its own separate fee) even after she finishes the required 12 lessons unless we pay $480 for the next package. We explained that we would not be in the country for the next 4 months due to family bereavement rituals abroad, but the school is adamant that they need to have the payment of $480 made before we can even register for grading. Our 5yo is now asking why she cannot take the exam and get her new belt even though she went for all the classes and practised hard. Absolutely heartbreaking to tell a child they cannot even attempt the exams after they put in 12 weeks of effort to show up and learn with dedication. It speaks volumes about the school's dedication to teaching if they expect a full term advance payment before they allow a child to even take an exam.

Package expired bcoz of covid. Still have 12 classes worth abt $400. Office staff very rude. I rather spend my money at other dojo. Gold medal winner student is worthless there (belongs to rubbish bin now). As you can see other reviews, many customer with expired package during covid has no notification. Dojo originally was not aware abt the expiry and even allow us to register and buy new uniform as the old uniform is too small for my son. Took 2 classes after, and this expired package issue highlighed after spending $100+ reregistration and uniform fee. The refund given only for the $100+ uniform and registration and 2 classes was waived. Meaning if minus of from original package still left 10 classes outstanding which is around $300+. I end up give up and close the case because don't want to waste my time with these people not be because it was resolved amicably. Only after I file Small Claim Tribunal then they start giving me the refund of the uniform, before that managemen't didn't even bother to entertain me.

Charged us for the term fee and didnt inform us about the 6 month expiry even due to COVID period (lots of centres waived the expiry date due to COVID). When our kids returned to the centre after the absence due to COVID peak, the masters laughed at them for our over-concerns on COVID. The kids were so shy and didn’t want to return to class. I had to wait awhile and encourage them to go back to learn at the Center. When contacting the centre, they said the fee have been expired. And no reminder no message from the Center
