Arrogant and bureaucratic reception. The Nov 2019 trial and registration process was a mayhem. The take it or leave it attitude from staff is suffocating. We signed up for trial and was told our child is on wait list and then for us to go down at 9am to just register since the classes are popular. We were there at 10.30am and not only was our child's name not on wait list. But even if I was prepare to register and pay, we had to take a Q number. We were #23 and they were serving #14. After about half an hour, the Q number being served was #16. I asked how long it would take and was brushed off with however long it takes to register each parent. Surely you would think more staffs could be put on duty for the I was told once in a year registration! The arrogance from the schools probably stems from the reputation generated online and there are always parents keen on signing up. I received an email today informing me that the Pre Program 5 classes are full and that it is good for my child to now register for Pre Program 4. Strange how I was told she should be attending Pre Program 5 and now that the class is full it is ok to attend Pre Program 4 classes which is 1 year down. I am taking my money elsewhere.
