Great nice cosy place to go for a visit to GP! Dr Peter Lim is very knowledgeable and can perform minor surgeries if need be- he is very hands on! The staff is very friendly too! The place is child friendly and you can cut short waiting time by coming early in the morning to get a queue number and coming back later part of the day when your number is about to be called! The clinic also provide many other services too like HPV vaccine, flu vaccine etc.

My whole family including my helper have been visiting this clinic for over 15 years. Dr Lim has always been able to treat any medical condition we had. The receptionists Shirley and Regine are super helpful and friendly. I always have a good laugh with them. There was once when Shirley came all the way to my house to deliver a receipt. It’s their show of concern n care, both Dr Lim and the ladies, that makes a difference and keeps me with this clinic for so many years.

Yes, customer service is important, but quality of consultation and recovering after the consultation has always been the priority for me. Throughout my lifetime, I’ve never been treated by a more caring, attentive and compassionate physician. You can try going around the other ones nearby who are just trying to clear their patients quickly. This doctor Peter has an archive of knowledge in modern medicine that is truly amazing. Hard to find a good clinic that writes me an accurate memo instead of one summarize one from the other clinics that my HR is always bugging me to clarify and justify.
